My Number One

Honestly, I’m totally blown away by how much you can tweak on aniSearch—and they’re always rolling out new stuff. Even after using it for months, I keep stumbling on cool features, which is awesome because it shows the site’s actually being worked on. Adding entries is super smooth, and the mods are really friendly and quick to help (though sometimes I wish edits would go through a bit faster). Everything’s still manually added and double‑checked here, so you’ll spot way fewer mistakes than on MyAnimeList. And as a live‑action fan, I’m stoked to finally rate those shows too.

Out of all the databases I’ve tried, aniSearch is hands‑down my go‑to—even if the community’s still pretty niche (it’s mainly in German). Sure, the design feels a tad dated and could use a refresh, but between all the profile customization options and solid features, I can totally look past that. Bottom line: I’m sticking around for the long haul.
