I had a really positive experience from start to finish. The doctors were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable.
The staff were also incredibly kind and supportive. They guide you through every step of the process, which makes such a difference because you never feel like you’re on your own. I always felt well looked after and knew I could reach out if I had any questions or concerns.
Overall, I felt very safe and cared for throughout the entire experience. I’m really happy with the level of professionalism, communication, and personal attention I received, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

From my first contact with the clinic I was extremely impressed with the level of communication and care.

There was excellent communication when discussing my requirements, followed by clear and regular communication in the run-up to my arrival. I was given detailed instructions about exactly what would happen when I arrived, which made the whole process feel very organised and reassuring.

The airport transfer was excellent, and I was taken to the clinic to meet with Dr Ani. I had some concerns and I was particularly impressed that Dr Ani listened to those concerns and came up with an alternative surgical solution. I hadn’t expected things to be able to change so close to the operation, but I really appreciated that my concerns were taken seriously and that we discussed an option that I felt more comfortable with.

Throughout my stay, I was always accompanied by a member of the clinic team. I was collected from the hotel by taxi for my hospital appointments, which made everything very easy and took away a lot of the stress of navigating everything myself.

The overnight hospital stay was comfortable and the staff were attentive. The food, however, was dreadful! But I wasn’t there for the food.

Since my surgery, I’ve been thoroughly assessed at the clinic on most days, with clear updates about my progress and what would happen next. I have felt well looked after throughout the whole process.

Yanur, my patient coordinator, always seems to be available on WhatsApp whenever I had a question or needed reassurance. Having that direct communication has been incredibly reassuring, particularly when you’re recovering in another country.

Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the communication, organisation, personal attention, surgery and aftercare I’ve received from Anka Plastic Surgery. I felt listened to throughout the process, and I’ve been very happy with the level of care I’ve received so far.

Thank you to the whole Anka team for making what could have been a very daunting experience feel so well organised and supported. ❤️

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Gamze Bektaş and Dr Ani at Anka Plastic Surgery Istanbul highly enough. I had two surgeries with the clinic, and from start to finish I felt so well cared for and supported.

Dr Gamze was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, caring and professional, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I am incredibly pleased with my results especially my revision where other surgeons failed. I am so grateful to her for everything she has done. Choosing to have surgery is a huge decision, and having someone as amazing as Dr Gamze made the whole experience so much easier and more reassuring.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Dr Ani, who was lovely and supportive throughout the process. The care and attention I received from the whole team really made a difference.

And a very special thank you to Yanur, Dr Gamze’s wonderful assistant. Yanur was absolutely amazing — so helpful, caring, patient and always there whenever I needed anything. She made me feel reassured and looked after throughout my journey, and I truly appreciate all her help and kindness.

Also, the nurses during my overnight stay looked after me so well.

Overall, I am so happy with my experience and my results. I feel very grateful to Dr Gamze, Dr Ani, Yanur and everyone at Anka Plastic Surgery for their care and dedication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering surgery in Istanbul. ❤️

I did a lot of research in trying to find a respective surgeon for rhinoplasty and Qunomedical put me in touch with Anka and Dr Gamze Bektas. We had an initial video call and after flying to Istanbul I met with her to chat about the procedure and I felt very secure in her knowledge. After hospital checks I went in for the surgery. Everyone I met was very kind, even with the language barrier, and it all went smoothly. I'm now back at home and it's only been a week since surgery, my nose is still slightly swollen, but this is to be expected but I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend them!!
