horrible and exhaustig customer service experience
This has been a horrible and exhausting experience with Anker. Two items from my order were missing, and I have paid for products I never received, yet my case has turned into an endless loop of explanations.
More than 28 emails have already been exchanged, involving multiple customer service agents as well as an AI chatbot, and I keep having to repeat the same situation over and over again. Instead of resolving the issue, I am asked to confirm incorrect statements that do not reflect what actually happened.
The parcels arrived, but the contents were incomplete – and this simple fact still hasn’t been properly handled.
Anker’s customer service is inefficient, frustrating, and far below what I would expect from a brand of this size. Truly disappointing.

MacOS Compatibility - Not possible if you are looking for Anker TB5 dock
In my current setup, the Cable Matters 48G 8K Unidirectional USB-C to HDMI 2.1 cable is connected to a downstream port on the Anker Thunderbolt 5 Dock, which then outputs to an LG C5 42" OLED TV. The MacBook Pro M4 is connected to the dock via the upstream Thunderbolt port. Despite extensive configuration and settings adjustments, the display remains locked at a 60Hz refresh rate, and the system does not support clamshell mode—requiring the MacBook’s lid to remain open for the external display to function.

Anker sales team were great, but I will stay clear of the install team
This review is for Anker sales, not the installation team. The purchase was easy and straightforward, but the installation company was not. They scheduled me three to four times and didn't show up. The last time they scheduled me, they texted me two days before the install date to tell me that I needed a panel upgrade. I complained to Anker and was told they would reach out to me, and they never did. I requested to have my installation fee refunded and will hire my own electrician.

Item was delivered in different location - customer service not helpful
I ordered Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W). Never received it and tracking number was showing successful delivery although it was in different country then my shipping address. Customer service was not helpful at all. Be aware of a scam in Anker EU.
I will ask for charge back in my bank. Never buying from anker eu anymore.

Docking station is light weight
Docking station is light weight, easy to carry and really good.
Mobile charger is also very handy, does not get warm while charging and very silent. Really good device.

What I like: I like the all in one design of the F3800+. Seems to perform well. I like the Anker Solix Home Power Panel, and that it uses a back up sub panel. Allows me to easily separate loads and to create a bypass for faults if needed. However, There has been one issue that was weird when it came from power switch over during power loss that is concerning. I think the App is ok, but I think there are a lot of improvements that could be made to tweak the system and give better feedback on how power is being used. Also the readability is a little poor for me, the fonts are too small and too dim to easily.read.

The Anker Solix F3800 Plus has been exactly what we need to power our RV while we are building our house.
We are using the Anker Solix F3800 Plus to power our RV while we build our new house. Four full-sized solar panels charge the Anker, and I am so impressed with how fast it charges and how long it lasts. Before the solar panels were functioning, we used a generator to charge the Anker, which typically took several hours to fully charge. Even then, we had full power to use for heat, electricity, and water all through the day and night.
