I bought these as I was fed up of the 3am wake up. First week - not so great. Real bloating as they settled in. After that - I genuinely found myself waking up at 6am or 7am feeling more refreshed. I'm not one who buys into a fad but I do think these mushroom gummies are the real deal. I'm pastmenapause but these do seem to have helped with muggy head feelings. One month in and I've bought the next 3 months to see how the long term effects are.

Fantastic is an understatement
Almost finished my first 30 day supply & lm hooked! Starting really feeling the benefits around 2 weeks in- l fall asleep quicker & it feels like a deeper sleep & my menopausal brain fog (that was becoming a real problem) has greatly improved. I also have a lot more energy & motivation. I take two first thing in the morning when l get up. The gummies themselves are delicious- l have to really refrain from eating more as they are so good! They’ve worked wonders for me!

Like everbody else I'm always sceptical about these wonder pills or oils etc, but these mushrooms are definitely making a difference, my sleep pattern has dramatically improved after years of sleepless nights, the other possibilities such as improved awareness or boost in stamina, I have not noticed yet.

Bad reaction to just one gummy.
After a recent order of these dummies, I'm now on day 2 of illness from taking just one - so whatever is in these, it's definitely not for everyone! I'm currently waiting for a response from Ankhway, to see if they do indeed honour the money back guarantee that is widely advertised.
Extreme nausea, stomach pain, headache - it's very possible to have a bad reaction, I see that I'm not the only one to experience this.
UPDATE!!....
The company has now responded and issued a refund, which I really appreciate.

Lovely gummies, brilliant support team
I have taken Ankhway gummies for approx a year and honestly found them beneficial to how I felt. Recently I experienced health issues and was medically reconnended to stop certain supplements, unfortunately gummies being one, just after I had recieved a 6month supply.
I contacted Ankhway support and they were brilliant.... approachable, understanding, supportive and helpful.
As the delivery was unopened I was able to return the order direct and now await for a refund. It is with regret I have to stop the gummies I really enjoyed taking them as much as I benefitted from them, but am thankful for the support given by the Ankhway team.
I would still recommend the gummies..
