Sceptical but it actually works
As with all of these type of products, I am always sceptical of the reviews and claims. However, I tried these 1 month ago and within 7 days, my mind did actually start to feel clearer and calmer, which I could not believe. Since then I still have the odd day that my stress levels rise again, but on the whole definitely feel much, much better and calmer
