Terrible company

Terrible company, just take your money and do not offer any customer service. I placed an order from them but only received a small quantity of the order. Contacted the seller who told me they would send the rest delayed which I accepted. In the new year they said they could not complete the order but Ankorstore had already taken my money and when speaking to them they refused to offer any refund just said because it was after 6 days they couldn't do anything. Waste of time using this company, they offer nothing, go direct to the brand.

Very dissapointing

Very dissapointing. First they allow you to place orders and then you might not go through their verification process. So it turns out a business with a small online shop is not enought to purchase there. Prices there are pretty high anyway.

Don't reply email nor request online

Last summer (July 2022) was told my application accepted as a maker and have received two emails from them given me links to fill in my info and some videos to explain the next steps etc. Click on all the links and none of them work, so I emailed them back but heard nothing at all. In December I thought I'd try contacting them again using their website's help page, they sent me an email acknowledged my request for help/info but AGAIN, have heard nothing from them since. I have never come across a company at this scale so bad at replying emails or reply the request through their website. After reading all the others shops and sellers experience, it seems their operational level is very low. For other people who have problems with them, I highly recommended FAIRLING, they helped me so much to setup my profile and given me email where I have a designated staff to help with whatever problem I have. This is the kind of level of assistance I'd expect if you want your business to be successful.

Ankorstore shortens our B2B sales…

Ankorstore shortens our B2B sales effort and makes invisible things visible through its experts. Most importantly, the regular follow-up by the team members and support team is incredible. Holding money without product!

Have waited over a week for my first order to be verified.. I have sent all the relevant documents to them and still have yet to hear back or receive my products! They have over £50 of mine they’re holding!
Emails are not being replied to neither!

Admit they haven’t sent things. Won’t refund you though.

The company admitted in writing they had not sent items out because they were out of stock. I had to contact a particular team to be refunded. I was busy running a business so it took me three days to sort it out and get in touch. I was then told that despite having it in writing that these items were not sent, I have waited to long to ask for a refund and would not get my money back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

First order went well but second order won't horribly wrong. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I followed all their instructions to have an order sent to Denmark from UK.
Weeks later the order is returned due to no answer on delivery. I contact ankersotre to inform them what happened and asked for a shipping refund since it was returned. They say due to their policy I am unable to have a shipping refund since the courier "couldn't" deliver. The courier tried but didn't receive an answer!!!
I explained that I followed all instructions - why should it be me who holds the loss of shipping and ankersore nor the buyer takes responsibility!

Zero Customer service

I ordered some linens for my store. There is no one to speak to or to help, even the assistant is only a computer generated robot. My goods are god only knows where and no one to help. Do not deal with them They do not have any customer service ZERO 000

What a shame - Ankorstore hide behind poor processes to give very poor service

What a shame. I've had good experiences with this organisation, however as soon as I run into a problem they hide behind process and policy. That is no excuse not to resolve a problem leading to poor customer service.

Having waited many weeks for an order that should have been sent within a couple of days, I was eventually contacted by UPS, the courier. The ordered products had been badly packaged and this in turn led to damage that meant liquid was pouring from the boxes. UPS did an amazing job of removing damaged items, cleaning up the worst of the spillage, repacking etc. This further added to the delay. None of this is Ankorstore's issue so far. I then started a conversation with the brand/seller to work out how they might best resolve the issue of both damaged and missing items (note that all messages are via the Ankorstore platform, so are recorded). In part because some of the missing items were supposed to come free with the main item and this scenario is not catered for on Ankorstore system. I eventually received a response a couple of days later, but I was then away for just a couple of days on business. I then go to the Ankorstore to report the missing items/damaged items the first day I'm back. But because it is now more than 6 days after the delivery took place, I can no longer use the system to report the issues. I try and have a sesnible conversation with an Ankorstore agent but they will not do anything to try and help resolve and despite the fact that the problems are clearly reported in the messages system, they will do Jack ****. I appreciate that if I had just left the problem and hadn't reported anything or not had any conversation then fair enough. But come on, I was trying to deal with the issues and they are documented.
All in all, this is a prime example of a company that is either unable or unwilling to actually resolve issues and that says a lot about whether they really do give customer service or not.

Lessons are:
1. If you must use Ankorstore, don't try and do the right thing and resolve an issue with the brand directly first. Whenever you have a problem, just use Ankorstore's limited functionality on the system to protect yourself. Because they absolutely will not do a thing to help if you have a situation that falls between the gaps.
2. Whenever possible, deal directly with suppliers, so you don't come unstuck by Ankorstore's inflexible processes.

I'm so immensely disappointed and that's sad.

If no concerns are raised, after 6 days, we automatically mark the order as confirmed and release the funds to the brand. We recommend contacting the brand directly after this point.
