Thank you for your review. I’m ever so sorry that there was a stock issue at our warehouse and it took a few days to resolve. After a stock check, the stock system failed to promptly update the stock levels, leading to this happening. We have since put new processes in place to make sure this system error doesn't happen again.
I can see your refund was issued quickly after we checked to see if you wanted to swap for a different size or not. We can only profusely apologise for this and we do hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
