I've got a malfunctioning item. The battery headstrap won't charge my Meta Quest 3. I used a number of ways trying to reach the store support service, but they didn't reply.

I ordered many headsets for my company. Unfortunately, the headsets are far too large for smaller heads and are very difficult to adjust accordingly. The face masks on the headsets don't stay in place properly. The rubber protectors for the controllers keep slipping. The batteries are so weak that they can’t charge the Meta Quest 3 during use. In addition, it takes forever for the batteries to recharge. Out of the two charging stations, one only works sporadically.
And last but not least, my last delivery arrived far too late despite express shipping. Support responds very slowly and is not helpful.
Stay away from these products

I can't say enough about AnnaPro. To me, this is the epitome of what a company should be. From the product, to the service.

Let's start with the product: I've had an Apple Vision Pro since launch and I use it approximately 8 hours a day for work. It has been a real game changer for me. However, I would get frequent headaches because of the pressure the AVP was putting on my face. In comes the AnnaPro strap. I bought one and instantly felt the difference. Now, each person has a different head-shape and size, so your experience may vary, but this solved my main gripe with the AVP. I found that I no longer needed to take a break every hour, but could actually wear my AVP in comfort all day! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Now, to top it off is the customer support. My initial strap was lost in the mail, so I reached out to USPS and they started a claim, and also reached out to AnnaPro. I got in touch with Jerry and he was amazing! They were able to get another one out to me before USPS was even able to respond to my claim. I've been in contact various times with the AnnaPro team with small various questions and they have always been super responsive and amazing to work with. This is the type of support that keeps a customer coming back. They've earned a lifelong customer!

I have had the opportunity to use the device for the past week and I love it. I love the attention to detail to make it look like it is part of the Vision Pro and not an add-on. Installation was very intuitive and did not require directions. I loved that Annapro added three different pads for perfect sizing. High marks for comfort. I have prominent cheekbones and using AVP with the thickest cushion pushes on my face uncomfortably--even with downward adjustments of the solo knit band (the alternative, over-head band that the AVP comes with is flimsy and does not secure the heavy device to my head very well). I typically wear the device to watch shows and movies at night in bed, so gravity doesn’t help the situation. However, with the Annapro device, I have been able to wear the AVP for the first time with no discomfort. Well done! This is more of an unexpected feature, but the device also gives the AVP a very sturdy “handle”. I didn't realize this was a "feature" that I wanted and I'm very pleased with this capability. It makes it so much easier to transfer the AVP out of the case and place on my head… as opposed to delicately clutching the nose bridge and top of the mask (as Apple instructs), which inevitably leads to fingerprints on the glass, or the light shield popping off. Yet another bonus. I am very glad Annapro made this device. It addresses a major comfort gap for initial adopters of the AVP, which Annapro has demonstrated can be resolved with a simple, elegant solution.
