Awful quality product and blatant breach of U.S. consumer law.

The hair piece should have arrived in one continuous length but had clearly been hacked apart - short, uneven, and butchered at the front and along the top. When I contacted the seller to return it, I was insulted with the claim that it 'didn’t look like one of their products' when it absolutely was.

They reluctantly agreed to a return but flatly refused to cover the return postage costs, despite being legally obligated to do so under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires sellers to refund all charges - including return shipping - when a product is faulty, misrepresented, or not as described.

Their refusal to reimburse the £33 return postage, despite written promises to do so, blatantly flouts and breaks federal consumer protection law. I have now reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation.

The owner operates from the U.S. but ships poor-quality stock directly from China, clearly exercising zero quality control. I have since initiated a chargeback through my bank to recover the postage costs.

This is a dishonest, disreputable operation run by a con artist - buyers beware.

Excellent quality, to be honest I wasn’t waiting for such a good work. The color match great. Thank you all for the great work.

I love the topper. It was exactly as I expected. My only complaint is that it matts up while i am wearing i end up brushing out a lot of hair. I tried oils and conditioners and it really doesn't help.

Always great quality! However best message about thickness as they don't give an option on the site. However customer service is excellent 👌

I ordered a hair topper on 7/14 and paid extra for faster shipping(5-7 business days). Waited until 7/25 but it never came. Tried emailing them 3 times-no response. Their live chat assistant is not responding either. I even tried their facebook page still nothing. AND on my order receipt page it says that i ordered it and paid but the order status is still "Unfulfilled". So the whole thing seems to be a scam. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and purchasing another topper elsewhere. Very disappointing!

I'm stunned by how beautiful the hair is. It fits perfectly and so flat absolutely love it. Definitely a great buy.

Great real hair topper, this is my third order over 3 years.

Excellent, good quality and coverage. Hair is silky soft. Shipping took much longer than expected though.

BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a topper and it was extremely poor quality. I immediately contacted support to start the return process and instead of helping me they ignored me. I have sent over 10 emails and they never respond or start the return process. Soon it will be past 30 days and I’ll be ineligible for a refund. I have had to escalate this with Paypal to try get my $260 back. Terrible terrible company. I am never buying from here again and you shouldn’t either.

I ordered on Feb.4th. It is now Feb.21st and it still has not shipped out. I keep emailing and I keep getting the same generic answer....so busy blah blah blah. I should have known. I will write again to let you know how this turns out!

It is a very nice natural hair topper, you can barely notice the difference. The only thing I had to do is to color my hair to match it.
