I ordered a doll for my daughter's…

I ordered a doll for my daughter's birthday on November 2,2020 the delivery date changed once the sale was completed so it was late. Once we received and opened the package my daughter broke out into tears she was so heat broken the doll was nothing like advertised no eye brows or lashes the baby looks sickly and after sending over five emails back and forth all I received was an apology and then silence after I asked for a full refund which is offered on the website. I plan on turning over every stone starting with BBB and my local news station and Attorney until this site is completely exposed and this doesn't happen to another precious little girl stay tuned.......

SCAMMERS

DONT BUY OFF THIS SCAM WEBSITE. this isn’t a legit buying company. It’s a scam. They won’t send what they ordered because they stole the pictures. Who in the right mind would do this?!?! It should be illegal. They take your money for a crappy knock off doll and WONT give you a refund. People buy these realistic dolls if the can’t have children, for joy, or if they had a miscarriage. And if they got a horrible doll like this how would it make them feel? Please take this into consideration and please oh please read reviews first.

I wouldn't even write 1 star!

I wouldn't even write 1 star!
The pictures are totally different to the dolls that actually come and when they turn up after about 3 months, the legs aren't attached to the doll and there hair is wigged not hand rooted.
This shop is a copy!
Don't ever buy of them!
I asked for a refund, and they gave me a funded which wasn't even 10% of the doll!
The only good thing was that they sent me a free pair of clothes which i could decide on which ones i wanted!
But still i was wild when i got them!
Never ever buy of this shop!

Awful

Awful, awful, awful. I received the wrong doll and one wrong outfit, which they refuse to correct the problems, as stated in their refund/return policy. They claim their baby's to have a real life look and feel which is completely not true. I received a hard plastic doll that looks as fake as plastic is. For $151, I would expect quality 2nd to none, but received dollar store material.

No stars

I ordered a full silicone doll for my daughter for Christmas. The doll arrived with the legs detached and hollow on the inside. I paid over $100 for this doll and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The limbs so not move like a silicone doll and the mouth is half painted. The wig on the doll is horrific! The clothes dont fit because the doll is the wrong size. The fingers are molded in place and worst of all it smells like fish. I've contacted customer service and they do not seem interested in helping at all. I'm absolutely disgusted that they are scamming people this way. Dont let it happen to you

Wrong doll received and no compensation

I ordered a specific doll and they sent the wrong doll. Looked nothing like the one I ordered. I have tried for a week to communicate with this company. There is no phone number. They emailed twice and offered $30 refund and then an extra $40 refund, neither of which I have received!!! The doll I received is in great condition it’s just not the one my daughter wanted. I am extremely upset at the lack of communication, and the fact that I was offered a refund I haven’t received, this is just unacceptable.

I ordered a doll and paid $95 dollars

I ordered a doll and paid $95 dollars . This doll is worth it because it’s for a child and we can’t afford a real reborn. I needed a doll and they provided it and I receive her in exactly 1 month. From China to California to Nc. Beautiful hair and it looks real. The body is full silicon but it’s medium firm but is painted and molded to look real. This doll is great for kids.

I dint even want to leave one star

I dint even want to leave one star. This has got to be one of the biggest scans ever. So many names all run by the same people. Disappointed with fb and google they have been reported so many times and nothing has been done. I wish I could leave photos they are scamming people stealing top artists photos it’s disgusting. If you write to warn others of the crap you receive you just get blocked. Seriously this should not be allowed to happen. I am going to find a way to get this shut down all of it. I have never seen such rubbish in all my life. I have all evidence to back up everything. Word is spreading and you would not believe how many people are angry at what they have received, hundreds of people per day are trying to get their money back. It will continue I hope this scammers get put away
