When we went to Annetts to look for a new sofa and chair were shown around by Gareth Morgan who was extremely helpful. We found what we wanted and were told it would probably be delivered after Christmas but much to our delight we had an email informing us that it would be ready in December which duly happened. Very pleased with the furniture, the delivery men and our general experience with all members of staff we have dealt with.

Great company to deal with sales man was on the ball with knowledge and advice on the bed we wished to purchase.
We were kept up to date with delivery info and upon arrival the guys were very respectful of our property and placed everything where it should be no problems......Many Thanks and have a Happy New Year.

Fantastic Company, having been desperately let down by Hafrens and treated appallingly by their MD, 8 weeks before Christmas I have nothing to sit on. On visiting Annette's we were greeted by a lovely young man called Scott. We browsed for a while and then sat down and discussed several options we liked, polite, funny, knowledgeable, patient absolutely brilliant sales person, no pressure. Within 2days they had delivered Foc the loan of a new 2seater settee ( an 80 mile round trip). They pulled so many strings for me, and three weeks before Christmas 🎄 I am happily sitting g on my two new sofas. They are beautiful, delivery drivers were amazing.
Would highly recommend and I will never shop anywhere else.

We were very pleased to find a lovely bed frame on clearance. Delivered and installed promptly by a couple of friendly chaps. The whole experience was great!

What a delight to shop at Annetts, exemplary sales staff who are there when you need them but otherwise leave you alone to browse and explore the spacious showroom which is well laid out and attractively displayed. I was in to purchase a new mattress but could see that this would be a go to destination for quality furniture in the future. Scot Owen was very helpful, understood my queries and obviously knew the stock well. I suspect that the staff here are confident in the quality of the merchandise and know that the products speak for themselves. Delivery was exactly as promised and promptly and efficiently carried out. After sales service was polite and considerate, much appreciated.

We went to this store as we've always found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture we've bought has always been high quality and we've been very pleased both with our purchase and the exceptional delivery service. On this occasion we purchased a three seater sofa and two seater sofa, both recliners. We were dealt with by Damian and he was absolutely brilliant from assisting us with our eventual choice to advising us on delivery, costings (we had good discount) and we were kept informed right up to delivery which was earlier than expected. The delivery was excellent from Carl and Dan, they took such care and explained the after care for us in great detail. We couldn't be more pleased or satisfied and will definitely shop at the store again, well when my husband agrees to that is!!! Thank you Annettes and very well done.

Gareth was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a good range of mattresses to choose from. We came away very satisfied with our purchase and are looking forward to taking delivery of our new Tempur mattress.

We recently visited the store to buy a recliner chair for my elderly mother. The service we received from Damian was great. He was patient and understanding with my mother, making sure she felt really confident with her purchase. Highly recommended!
