What can I say from looking around the store to a friendly salesman ( Damian) who wasn’t pushy in selling was helpful throughout the process !! Delivery guys were fantastic also ringing before arrival giving me a demo on how to dismantle the bed if needed , everyone was a pleasure to deal with and nothing seem to much trouble !!

This is a wonderful store. The service is exceptional. No heavy sell, they politely ask if you need help, point you in the right direction and then leave you to explore and make your own mind up. Once you've chosen then they give you one on one help and advice. You leave the shop in the full knowledge that your order will be delivered within the time frame and with the upmost professionalism.

Beautiful show room with very helpful staff

A wonderful family run company. Always helpful and courteous. Nothing too much trouble for any of the staff, including the delivery staff. My parents, who are no longer with us, never shopped anywhere else. In fact I still have a three piece suit that was my parents which I have had recovered but still more comfortable than a lot of furniture I have tried since.

Great customer service both in Sales and Delivery/Installation.

Mum and dad purchased furniture for two rooms . They were made to feel comfortable and given space to look around and try different chairs sofas etc without feeling pushed and watched .sales man was very good . The quality of the furniture is very high standard so we felt we were spending a little more to get good quality .

Fab family run company. Purchased lovely corner sofa at reasonable price. Was delivered within reasonable timescale and delivery people were amazing and put sofa together and took away all rubbish and packaging which is always extremely helpful. Thank you!

Great service, both at the showroom with the sales team and with the free delivery. The quality of the leather sofa and armchair we purchased is excellent. The delivery on the day was the easiest we have ever experienced - the furniture came unpacked ready to go and we had no packaging to deal with - just able to enjoy the furniture with no hassle.

I had phoned ahead and, on arrival, was shown straight to the armchaur i was interested in. Indeed, it was so good i bought two, one for my wife too!!
We have been customers at Annetts for a number of years now, and service during this visit was as friendly as always. Coupled with the complete professionalism of Harry Weaver, a new manager for us, our visit was a delight. And despite spending twice as much as we meant to, we are extremely happy with our purchase.

I had never used this firm previously so came with an open mind.The atmosphere was calm and friendly with no pressure or interference.Athough we were only browsing,we immediately saw a sofa that took our fancy,and this was when Harry gave us his kind and professional attention,and the rest is history as they say.From beginning to end the transaction was flawless,and the sofa is now in our possession.Altogether a most pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience all round. I can't believe that people buy their sofas just by looking at a set of photos on the internet!
At Annettes you get the chance to see if the sofa is comfortable for you. Right height? Right depth? Right fabric? All the sofas feel that they are a quality item.
The staff are present and on hand to offer advice but only when you signal that you need it. You are free to browse and decide.
We bought a completely different design than we had envisaged.
Harry made the whole transaction easy and we felt confident we had made the right choice, not just with the sofas but with choosing Annettes. We are so lucky to have this store in Hereford.

This shop is so helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble so good that I made more purchases again, knowing the service would be great, I highly recommend Annette's Fine Furniture for all your needs they are worth a vist and don't fob you off.

We are allowed to browse around the store without being pressure. We chose a couple of reclining chairs, then went & found Assistant. Harry was very helpful & knowledgeable about the product. I got updates on our order & very much looking forward to our new chairs. Came away feeling very happy. I would shop there again & very highly recommended.

We bought a three piece suite from Annetts 17 years ago, still in good condition but thought it was time for a change. The quality of their products is still outstanding and the customer service the same. We felt no pressure from the sales team and Gareth Morgan was very helpful when advice was needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Annetts to anyone.

We have bought from Annetts previously so we're confident in returning, We were looking for a three piece suite, not really sure what we wanted, we were met by Harry who was very helpful, he gave us the advice and information we needed and have us space and time to think. We eventually decided what we wanted and again Harry was really good, even saying that our new furniture could be stored until we were ready to take delivery. Over all we were very impressed with how we were treated, would definitely recommend recommend.
