I love shopping at Annie's Closet. I love the range of stock and the service I always get. The owner is unfailingly courteous and always goes the extra mile to make sure each customer is happy. She personally wraps each item carefully and beautifully and puts little removable notes of them if she thinks they might be a present so they can remain so nicely wrapped. Each order gets processed that day and they are received the next day. I could not ask for better service. I have even been to visit her shop and it is as inviting as her website - a wonderland of beautiful things!

Gorgeous accessories and wonderful service! I've recently purchased a stunning green leather tassle bag and additional black and white strap. I then had a second visit to Annie's Closet, which is stocked with an array of beautiful items, and treated myself to a lovely kimono and jewellery. Fab service.

Fast delivery, each item was individually wrapped (a present for me but made it more of a treat!). Love all the items I ordered (bag, 2 x straps for bags, scarf & headband). I have recommended to friends and added to the FB group!!

Annie’s Closet never disappoints!
Having purchased several scarves (for myself and as gifts) I ordered a bag and strap this time.
The bag is lovely, Italian leather in a gorgeous colour.
I was undecided which strap would complement the bag best and Annie’s Closet sent me photographs of all the colour options. Which helped me to make my decision!
The customer service is absolutely outstanding!

First time buying from here and will be doing again. I got myself some earrings that came in a lovely little bag wrapped up. I opted for pick up collection and they were ready very quickly. Brilliant and so many pretty things on website
