I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this dry cleaners. I entrusted them with my suit trousers, which were in perfect condition beforehand, and they have come back visibly damaged. It looks as though they have been burnt, leaving a noticeable mark that has effectively ruined them.

What makes this even worse is that no one mentioned anything at the time of collection. There was no warning, no explanation, nothing. I’ve only discovered the damage later when going to wear them again, along with a vague “stain” note left inside, which is completely unacceptable given the actual condition of the trousers.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been unhappy with their service either. Previous interactions have been marked by an arrogant and dismissive attitude, which already made me hesitant to return. Unfortunately, this experience has confirmed my concerns.

I will not be using this dry cleaners again and would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with valuable clothing.

They were absolutely top notch when it comes to customer service. They were kind, courteous, and absolutely amazing. I had to drive a couple hours to find a place that was not only open but could alter a wedding dress. The seamstress was quick and the man behind the counter was so kind. It took one week to alter two dresses, and they were perfect in every way. They even pressed my wedding dress with no additional cost!

I have been using this dry cleaning for 6 years now and i always receive the best customer service and very high quality work. The work place itself is very clean and have good hygiene. The staff are also very friendly!

I have been being all my dry cleaning and alterations here for about 3 years. They always do an outstanding job and I am more than satisfied with their dry cleaning! If your looking for for a great dry cleaner these guys are great! They are so good. I drive from ealing broadway. All 5 star

Have been using Annies Dry Clean for over a year now. My garments are always cleaned on time and look very sharp. The price has started too increase over the time I've been going here, but they still do great work. They greet me every week by name which shows their commitment to customer service

These people will go the extra mile for making sure your garments are clean. Also have repairs onsite. Great place.

I asked this company to clean my wedding dress and it ruined it. I have had an independent report done by a drycleaning arbitrator who confirmed that the damage was caused by the drycleaner but he will still not compensate me! I would not recommend this place to anyone, if it damages your clothing it will not accept responsibility, cause you a lot of stress, lie and be rude to you like they were to me.
