A few months after I bought myself a dress from them, I had another inquiry so I asked them about the midnight gown's delivery time and was literally confirmed by their customer service on WhatsApp that the dress WAS AVAILABLE and then even told me to "GO AHEAD AND MAKE THE PURCHASE", right after I made the purchase as they asked me to, I confirmed with them again about the delivery, and suddenly they told me on WhatsApp that the dress WAS NOT AVAILABLE, I was confused and so I called their London store and they said the dress was not unavailable, I called their customer service and told them they told me it was available and asked me to buy and the next minute told me it was not available, I only made the purchase because they told me it was ok to do so, but they changed the tone so fast, I asked them the reason, but they kept dodging my question, and then very swiftly they shifted the blame to me saying my order was considered a fraud by shopify and it was totally not their fault and so they could not ship the dress to me, I asked them why they told me the dress was in stock and asked me to buy and the next minute told me it was not in stock and had to cancel my order, they still KEPT DODGING THIS QUESTION and KEPT SHIFTING BLAME TO ME AND SHOPIFY, I asked them to show me the proof of shopify with a screenshot, they didn't give me any screenshots, only words AGAIN saying it was shopify's decision.

I can totally accept that they made the mistake about the stock availability, but blame shifting to the customer in order to dodge the mistakes that made by themselves is totally unacceptable, let alone to say I HAD TO CONTACT THEM A FEW MORE TIMES IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND BACK! And right after I gave a bad rate to their customer service when they asked me about their customer service's quality, their customer service on WA blocked me (I didn't add them as a contact anyways so it didn't matter), the attitude was just so uncomfortable... So dishonest... Won't buy again... For sure they don't care if you come back or not:)

If i could this give this company zero…

If i could this give this company zero stars I would. My order arrived today, a Coco de mer bra bought in the sale with matching knickers. A gift for my daughter for xmas, or so I thought. But the items will sadly not be gifted !!! I think in all my years of purchasing online this seller takes the biscuit for barefaced cheek. The absolute cheek to send a grotty bra which has clearly been worn for at least 6 months with no tags !!!! This isn’t depop … no it’s that luxury store plastered all over instagram that you think you can trust. And with the only shipping on offer a steep £10 I feel well and truly shafted. My email requesting a pre-paid label to return said goods remains unanswered. Lesson learned - only order from here if you want your underwear to look like its been languishing in someones knicker drawer for the last 2 years lol.
Update . . . . Annies say that i may return the bra for a refund but not the knickers …. Part of me thinks the tatty bra was only on sale on their website to sell the knickers … after all who’s buying knickers when there’s no matching bra … Annie’s know what they have done and why they’ve done it. Says it all really … any decent company worth its salt would own its mistake and bend over backwards to put it right. But if the intention all along was to deceive, then thats a different matter.
Anyone looking up reviews for this company - you have been warned !!!
