Great customer service, beautiful wreath

Very disappointing. Everything was just thrown in the box. None of the cones etc were prepared as promised , a tangle of string that couldn't be used. Poor variety of foliage . Not what I was expecting at all.

My friend in the UK was thrilled with her Christmas wreath. It arrived on time and looked gorgeous.

Our experience of AnnLaing flowers was an excellent one.
I was able to talk to Ann, who was very friendly and most helpful, and gave freely of her time and advice, on a busy day for her, about a lovely In Memoriam bouquet for my cousin following the death of her husband.
Ann was able to deliver the flowers very promptly for us and my cousin told me that they are really beautiful!
We certainly would order family or friends' flower gifts with Ann in the future!

Ann was brilliant from start to finish - I am not very knowledgeable about flowers and she took my colour guidance and created the most beautiful bouquets. Her communication was great and it was so lovely to see her on the morning of the wedding, where she calmed me down and talked me through everything, it was a highlight of the day. She also allowed us to borrow the receptacles the next day for a post-wedding party, and was super flexible about us dropping them back.
