Unbelievable I purchased product from Anolon. I paid through a third party(Zip),however I did not receive 3 item that I am paying for and Anolon will not reimburse me or send me the 3 items. Their customer service is a nightmare, I did not receive no invoice showing what they sent me nor did I receive any email on what they shipped to me. I am thoroughly disappointed and hope no one else receives the same treatment.

I bought a set of Anolon stacking pans and 2 of them have chips in the coating.

Look and feel nice. Cooked fried eggs - they stick. Cooked scrambled eggs and they stick too. Hoped for more.

I'm writing this in the hope that Anolon will reply and give me a phone number to call in the UK. I first wrote about my damaged frying pan on July 16, didn't get a reply saying the email had been received. Is there a phone number I can call to talk about the fact that after just a year the non-stick part of the item is literally peeling off

These are terrible (actually boiling in pans ok - frying just awful). I thought they were a scam product.
Everything sticks to the frying pans. Food is burnt on the outside - uncooked on the inside. Awful. My husband spent over £500 on these terrible products. I have chucked them all into a box and out of my kitchen. That's the best use for them 👏

MY Anolon frying pan cost loads of money and has a life time waranty.Thats what you are led to believe... yes that is what they say... that is how this product is marketed.nothing but a very clever marketing con.I have had my Pan for maybe 3years.The non stick is bubbling and very carbonised with bits of carbon flaking off.that is my problem.Their waranty is not fit for purpose.i am not even going to bother trying to send it back as its to stressful to argue over a waranty that dos not cover their product.fraud

Worst Customer Service ever

Purchased set at Kohls Jan 2023. 4QT developed coating peeling/delamination. Filed claim Dec 2023, Analon responded Dec 22 with Claim #262425 and that I would be contaced in 3-5 days. Never did. At least 20 or more subsequent email attempts by me were never answered. Phone calls to Analon are useless...no one answers, and infrequent voice mail attempts are not returned. Around Jan 2024, a 5QT arrived, which I have. Wanted a 4QT. no use for duplicate 5QT. Last couple of months I am sending BOLD AND LARGE FONT, requests to satisfy my case. Absolutely NOTHING! My career has been in Sales and Customer Satisfaction for decades and I've never experienced this type of response. Please help!!

We punched these 5 sizzle pans after we bought a couple to try out.
They sizzle greatly.

My husband was sooo excited about this cookware but when it arrived, the stock pot was unusable. The grid/grate on it is sticking out of the bottom. Since it arrived about 2 weeks ago, we have sent 3 emails to different addresses (each were replied to with the statement "this address is not monitored"), we have called 2 different numbers (one just loops, no matter what option, the other says they don't take calls), and sent in a ticket on their website. We have not yet received any responses or assistance in replacing this faulty product.

What a great service the company kept me updated all the way through the order process. Would definitely recommend buying online through them.

Good price for a great pan. Closing down sale for analon.co.uk gave good discount. Hope they last as long as previous analon pans.

Great product replacing Anolon pans that we have used daily for the past 20years!

My order was delivered damaged. I’ve put in two ticket requests and received a reply that I would receive a message in 1 to 3 business days. I have not received any replies. Tried calling multiple times only to get a recording and no way to talk to customer service. I’ve used Anolon cookware for seven years and loved it until now. Horrible customer service. So disappointed!

The worst customer support I've experienced anywhere ever. I order a pasta maker along with few other times. I did not receive the pasta maker or an explanation why I hadn't. I've emailed the customer service email on 3 separate occasions along with numerous phone calls. Please save yourself the money and time dealing with this company.

2 of the 8 pans we ordered were damaged upon receipt, which, after waiting over a week for delivery, simply isn't good enough. They will be returned for replacements.

I ordered a skillet online for £ 42,00. The skillet arrived in a box with a price of £ 20,00 stuck on it. I wrote customer care to ask why and to adequate the price. They answered me 6 days later ignoring my query.. I wrote again, this time upset, asking how to send the skillet back and they answered me 4 days later ignoring again what requested. I had to raise the tone and finally obtained the address. Poor customer service, untruly prices. Never again!

Help! I need to return my new, unopened frypans and cannot get any help from Anolon. How do I contact (I have left several messages ), I have sent email... no response. I have filed a "ticket", no response.How can I return this order

I purchased 5 Anolon pots and pans throughout 5 years. In all fairness they held up better than some of my higher end pots and pans. The issue I have with this company is there lifetime warranty is non existing. When you go to there website they will not honor the warranty if your pan has scratches, if it's faded or if the nonstick finish is worn-out. They put several pictures showing examples. But that is exactly what my pans look like dispite me taking good care of them and using high-end, non metal utensils. No company, that makes anodized, nonstick finish pots or pans will last forever, regardless if you do not abuse or overheat them. I'm surprised that they do not know that. In other words they have to appear they same as when you purchased them so why would you be returning them. Also, you can not speak with a live representative. In summary if you can get them on sale for a fare price get them but do not count on a lifetime Warranty
