Never received pink dress.quick enough to take payment.l just have learned by now

I place an order for multiple items, of which I am happy with most of them. But I have one item that does not work size wise. I cannot find a phone number for Customer Service anywhere. They have details on the way to return, but no phone number to get authorization for return.

The outfit is beautiful. However no buttons on sleeves.

I received two of three items ordered (one was not available), and I was refunded for the 3rd item in a timely manner. The dresses fit properly and I love the quality of the material! It takes longer for their items to ship, which is the reason I gave them 4 stars. Overall, I have had a good experience shopping with Anooya and have recommended this company to others.

Do not waste your time. This is the last email I received on 4-11-24 pay attention to the return address note I paid alot more than $18 ‘sorry, $18 US dollars is our best offer as compensation, could you accept it?If you insist on returning, this is the only return address: No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE + 852 81990571. Once you send , please give us the return tracking number. We will refund the money ASAP after receiving the package, and we wont bear the shipping cost’ the quality was cheap and the fit was off. Yes I am aware the prices look good but not worth it. I emailed regarding the return and the first offer was $7 which I did not accept. I went as far as agreeing to a store credit for the amount I paid so they counter offered $12. Not acceptable as $12 is no where near what I paid. Now $18 with me paying for shipping to Dubai

I ordered and they confirmed, since it’s taking too long to arrive, I sent an email but got no response. Poor customer services. About to report to my bank for a refund.

The two outfits I selected are as pictured and appear to be well made. Can't wait to wear them!

The delivery took longer then expected. The quality of the garment is poor and the size is smaller then the size indicates. The website guarantees a return within 30 days, however, when I contacted the customer service, I was told the order cannot be returned and I would get $8.00. Do not order from this website.

Overall, I was happy with the products but was not happy with the shipping process. I wanted one of the items for a Christmas party, when I made the purchased, it indicated I would receive the items at least 2 days prior to the event. That was not the case, I finally received the items 2 weeks after the event. I was however, extremely impressed with the quality of the products.

I have asked for a refund authorisation code 3 times and have not been given one, just offered some ‘compensation’ each time and asked if I would keep the products which I do not want to do. They have now stopped replying to my email request for a refund code, but I got this email asking me to review my recent purchase - funnily enough when you click on ‘unhappy’ it takes you to a page asking you to email them. Do not order from here unless you are happy that you will not be able to make a return. There’s nothing wrong with the clothes, they would be fine if they fitted me but they don’t.

This dress looks nothing like the one that was sold to me online and it came from China; which if you have ever ordered from China you know it is Cheap. I would never pay that much for what they sent to me. Also, you waste your money because, how do you return product?

wish there are zero or minus star rating. they are shady and awful, awful, and awful. i got the out of the world armpit smelled sweater. i literaly gagged when i open the plastic bag. feels lke a chemical bomb or something. tried to wash it off at first but it even left the same smell in my washing machine. i even did clean cycle on my wahing machine to eliminate the smell. but for some reason, i still can smell it. regret i put the sweater in my washer. can you imagine how bad it is? i never smelled that kinds of strong armpit smell in my life. 100% sure someone with world worst record armpit holder already wore it and then try to resell just by repacking. anyway, try to get the money back, but they are insisting me to pay for the return shipping fee, which is $200 over in quote. all of sudden, they pretend not to understand English but just keep saying me need to return with my costs. btw the return address was united arab emirates. i dont trust the address they gave to me is exsiting either. do not buy on this website. all the five ratings here are scam.

This is a dishonest company who uses many different company names. Most of the time they say they are made in North Carolia , Canada. But they are made in China. They will not exchange your clothing even if it’s their fault. They ask me to pay them 18.00 to ship a new item to me . They wanted me to send them the money by sending an eighteen dollar check only to their PayPal account. I did they never sent me the item. Do not do business with them unless you want to do business with scammers .

The products are very well designed and made. However the experience was soured because the USPS did not deliver for 35 days. Need shipping options for customers.

The shopping experience went really well. I was slightly apprehensive as I’ve never ordered from this site but the items tracked and arrived as promised and the outfit is really cute!
