Hi I am a first time buyer, when I eventually received my package it was half opened and all ripped at the top I ordered buy one get one free ordered three and only received five all together , tried phoning as didn’t like to leave a bad review, tried both numbers and left a message on the mobile one no answer with any of them.

Ordered several times before and each time has been a flawless experience. Trying the Gold 20% Sativa for the first time and really like it. I find it reduces anxiety. Highly recommend the products and the company generally.

Have used other companies this is the only one I find helps ( I have cfs) helps with the brain fog, dizziness, shaking. When you changed the formula the company worked out which would be best one nearest to what I was already taking I was apprehensive incase it didn’t work but no complaints.

NO ITEM OR CONTACT. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone as when clicking on their website it takes me to a different website. I orderd last week had no confirmation for it and when I manged to get back on website a few days ago, it made me resign up to an account and when I did that it said I had no history on ordering. Waited bit longer before complaining but that was a bad idea as now I cant get on website or contact anyone. A big shame as I used to use them all the time and had no issues.
