I ordered 2 benches,table, bike rack
I ordered 2 benches, a picnic table and a bike rack at the very beginning of April. I was told by the person who called the next day to confirm that it would take 2 weeks for delivery. When 2 weeks came and went and didn't hear from anyone about delivery, I called again. They said it took a month. They shipped on May 2nd. It got from St.Louis to Omaha in 1 day. The order sat in Omaha, 45 minutes away,for 2 weeks! They finally called to set up delivery on a Thursday, I waited all day long, called at the end of the day, and the shipping company said they had no record of our delivery and that we didn't call them back. I finally got it the next day. One of the boxes was open, and another, at the bottom of the pallet, was damaged. They are in the process of shipping us a new table.

I emailed the Purchase Order in to my sales rep as always, but he said he didn't get this email containing the PO, so 2 weeks later I find out my order hasn't been processed.
This is the second time my order has been delayed due to Upbeat not having their email system work properly. To resolve this issue, I believe any future orders should be faxed in, at least I would get a confirmation from the machine it went through successfully.

Product order.to the lift for my staff to remove. Delivery service is poor.
Lauren was very helpful.
I am upset, however about the high cost of shipping and the $95 charge to only move my pallet of two trash containers to a lift for my staff to remove on their own. Delivery service is poor.

As a precaution we advise when shipping products on a truck with a pallet that our clients utilize the lift gate service to unload the products if there is not a loading dock or forklift available. The $95.00 service guarantees the products are unloaded safely and without harm to the product or individual attempting to unload them on their own.

Would Love to Have Given 5 Stars, But...
The web site did not properly process the order, though from the customer end of things, the failure was not immediately obvious.
When no news of an order was forthcoming, I contacted customer service and found Sylvester to be very helpful and informative, though even he could not overcome the hurdles created by the manufacturer and the delivery company. The order was not available in the chosen color without a delay of a month, so we changed the color to what we were told was immediately available. The product arrived in 3 separate shipments, the last one arriving in late July. They were ordered May 5th.
Now we find ourselves having calculated one item short of our needs. I will contact Sylvester for the order, since he was one of the better parts of the experience, and this company has the lowest price + shipping of anyone who sells the product. The product is great ---exactly as advertised.

It was easier to order than I thought it would be!
Lauren helped make the order experience easier than I thought it would be. I asked her opinion and she was good to help guide me. My only complaint about the whole situation is that it takes 4-6 weeks to be delivered. By then it will possibly be to cold to sit outside!
