This led to me browsing their website, where I found a stone that I loved and sent an email requesting for more videos. Line responded to me quickly and began working with me to create my new favorite ring.

Line is a superstar! Her attention to detail and sense of color are incredible, making her a unique expert for creating personalized arrangements for cluster rings. She was very patient with my questions and with my many adjustment requests as well. I am an overseas customer and our correspondence was 100% over email, but it always felt smooth. This wonderful service culminated in an amazing, well-crafted ring that I love wearing every day.

Upon receiving the ring, I was pleasantly surprised to see it come with a lovely velvet box, handwritten note, and even lab certification for the finished piece. A big thank you to Line and her team! I would not hesitate to work with them again :)

I knew I wanted a coloured centre stone for my engagement ring, and when I discovered Anpé Atelier on Instagram, their distinctive style immediately caught my eye. I reached out with an enquiry and was so impressed by how responsive Line was, we got started on the design process right away.

She was incredibly collaborative and thoughtful. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect stone in the right colour and a beautiful, unusual cut. Line kept everything transparent, clearly outlining the timeline and what to expect at each stage.

Throughout the process, she shared mockups, CAD designs, and videos of the selected stones in their proposed settings so I could really visualise the final piece. Despite us being in different countries, the experience felt just as personal and attentive as working with a local jeweller. I received regular updates, and my ring arrived exactly when she said it would.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Line. We did an initial video call consultation, looking at different combinations/bespoke designs. But in the end it was one of her Era antique pieces that I went for. And it was the absolute perfect ring! But if I hadn't got that one, I would have absolutely loved to go through the ring design process with her - such beautiful and unique styles and she was so helpful and friendly at every stage. Without a doubt the best jewelry I have ever had. I have had the pleasure of working with Line twice. The first time for an extra ring for my wedding ring stack and the second time for a custom made push present ring and earrings.

I am now the proud owner of two custom cluster rings and pair of earrings (made with heirloom jewellery). I loved the whole process from selecting stones to reviewing the designs. One was done face to face (in London) the other and earrings on line, we chose to collect in person. Line and her fabulous team have created the most perfect pieces for me, the detail is phenomenal. The level of communication faultless. I could not be happier with the results and have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

Line was phenomenal in assisting my fiancé and I design the ring of my dreams. She made the bride process so simple and easy.
We attended one of her in-person appointments in New York City when she was there in February. She had all the gorgeous stones laid out for you to look at and choose from. She encouraged us to take them out of the cases and hold them to my skin to see what they could potentially look like. I picked stones that I liked and Line immediately began trying to arrange them in a way that she thought I would enjoy. We went through multiple designs and stone arrangements until I found the perfect one. I was being so picky that we went a little over our one hour appointment and Line was so accommodating! She just wanted to make sure I was happy with what I chose.
One we finished picking everything, Line kept us updated throughout the entire process, sending emails and pictures for approval. I was stunned by her communication and transparency.
From the time that I designed the ring to the time my fiancé and I became engaged, not even 2 months had passed!
I would recommend Line to anyone looking for a ring of any kind!
I will be returning to her for my wedding band and potentially a ring for my future husband!

At the beginning of 2023, I decided that I would like to elevate my relationship with my girlfriend. This review is the story of how Line and her team in Anpé Atelier Cph contributed towards this goal.

It is January 2023, after I have spent the last 3 months sourcing a bi-colour sapphire, I am sitting with this very beautiful gem in my hands. What is next on my list? Figure out how the ring should look and who would make it.

I think at that point I was doing quite a lot of shopping around, as any person should be, so how did I stumbled upon Line? Pure coincidence, if you google “bicolor sapphire copenhagen” her site pops up, I think she was number 23 on my email list, and number 9 on my meeting list. So why did I go with her? The communication skills she showcased during our meeting were amazing.
I think it is important to note, that at this point in the process of creating an engagement ring, especially when you are trying to make it tailored experience for your significant other, you need someone that A) You trust B) Listen to what you say and try to tailor the offerings towards your needs.
Achieving A) ultimately is very hard, especially if you have only 1 meeting to evaluate a certain person, so instead of focusing on that hard task I looked for someone that can create transparency into the process. One of the things that impressed me about Line, is that on her website one can find a list of her design steps when creating custom jewelry, what is the average price for a piece, and how long does it take. I have had a few less positive meetings where I was told “we are one of the last companies that does things by hand”, and “this is a family business and we have a tried method, which we used for generations”. So Line already scored some positive points, even before I met her.
Understanding B) is convoluted. Very subjective and person specific. From my point of view, I was super happy with Line on this point. Specifically, what I remember from our first meeting, I went there with a presentation of 7-8 ring designs (read pictures of rings from the internet) and my top 3-4 things that I want the ring to NOT be. What she did was she tried to categorize the ring designs in groups based on the different types of ring bases. And she did that while she was explaining all those types to me. I went to 8 meetings before this one, and she was the first one to do that. When we finished, she had created 3 different design types, which we could use to experiment and create prototype CAD renderings.
Was everything perfect? No. Initially, Line requested that I evaluate the stone. I understand where she was coming from; if the sapphire is not real, she could be held liable if it breaks when placed on the ring base. Though I understand this, it caused some panic and unpleasant emotions for me, as I couldn't find any evaluators, and the one Line recommended pretty much ignored me.
With that out of the way, let me put some numbers. Initial designs, with my correction requests, took 11 days. After selecting the top designs, CAD renderings took 4 days. From paying the deposit to receiving the real ring, it took 27 days. The whole process started on the 30th of March and finished on the 16th of May, and this was without any rush from my side.
I would highly recommend Line and Anpé Atelier Cph for your engagement ring work. She satisfied all my additional requests and went above and beyond to provide videos of the development work, so my fiance could see how her ring was created.

From start to finish Line was a joy to deal with. Her enthusiasm and passion for designing your perfect piece is so appreciated. Throughout the design process I felt really listened to and she took all my feedback onboard to ensure my engagement and wedding ring set were just perfect! I love my rings and will definitely purchase from Anpe Atelier again

I am so incredibly happy that I chose Anpé Atelier to design and create an engagement ring for my partner. Line was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire design process; she is knowledgeable and kind, and was very patient and communicative with every iteration. In addition, the certification that comes with the ring adds a whole extra layer of comfort and confidence. My partner and I are absolutely in love with the final product (it is stunning) and will 1000000% be returning in the future ❤️

What can I say about Line and Anpe…. I have followed them and their beautiful designs on Instagram for a while now and dreamed of owning a piece. When we got engaged I reached out and was a bit nervous of the whole process.

I shouldn’t have been as Line was absolutely amazing, so so friendly, helpful and no pressure whatsoever to commit to buy. As we are in a different country and couldn’t see the stones in real life, she went above and beyond to film little videos of different clusters, and designs and made the whole thing so much fun!!

Always accommodating, always responded, always swift to get back to me. Wasn’t impatient with my many requests to see the stones in different ways, and just an absolute joy to collab with. I was so excited checking emails everyday!

The journey from choosing to getting the ring was exciting, fun and easy.

As for the actual ring itself…. Even though I had seen sneak peeks of it, it was beyond even that in real life. I cannot stop looking at it!! I was told by other jewellers that the colours I liked and what I wanted just wasn’t possible, yet here I am with my dream ring from Anpe Atelier.

I am sure this is only the start of my collection from here…. Wedding bands next!

Cannot simply recommend them enough. Amazing little company, and just stunning wonderful jewellery.

I'd been looking for a jeweler to propose to my girlfriend. After looking for jewelers in my local area, then in the US, I became somewhat disillusioned with the process (and happy I had started so early). I struggled with jewlers pushing me to increase my price, buy immediately, or change my ideas.

Line has made me forget all about those experiences. She was collaborative, supportive, and invested in the project. She was timely, curtious, and this special combination of friendly and professional.

However, I was still nervous to get the ring itself. Until it's in your hands - you know? What seemed like a really short time from when she said it was going out, I had it delivered to my door. It was in a beautiful bag, inside a beautiful box, inside ANOTHER, even more beautiful, box. It had all of it's certifications in a paper protector and a hand-written note from Line herself.

The ring was beautiful. It's truly and heirloom. It is 100% what we designed and 100% what I was hoping to get.

I read through a lot of Line's reviews before I purchased. It's scary! So I'm here to say that it was worth all that fear. She's lovely. Just email her. You'll see.
