Bad for businesses and bad for their…

Bad for businesses and bad for their customers - APNR are bottom feeders trying to contact them via telephone? dont bother for the last six months, their telephone system is down for maintenance!
Their complaint procedure is not working correctly. The signage at the animal trust is not compliant - there is no visible sign at the entrance, and the smaller signs dotted around the car park are misleading and lack the correct instructions.
Their opus operatum is to ignore any communication and go straight to dcbl collections and initiate bullying and threats. Any business thinking of employing APNR365 car parking services seriously need to think about the effects of this unsruplous company and their customer!

If I could give no stars I would paid for parking in cash still received a fine near on impossible to appeal absolutely shocking . If they looked at the cameras they would be able to see me paying and walking back to my car to display the ticket. Since reading reviews it seems this is what happens a lot.

They are criminals

They are criminals. All automated rubbish. Can't actually speak to anyone at the company. Send letters out and only give you like 2 days to pay an cheaper fine. The fact I went over my parking by 2 minutes, lost the appeal and now charging me £60 for 2 minutes, is disgusting. These companies should be illegal and they are ruining going anywhere in the UK with fear of getting fined. I paid £6.50 for my parking, and now another £60. Thats £66.50 for 3 hours. Whats the point in visiting anywhere in the UK anymore? It's a disgusting company

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Paid £8 to park in the first car park West Bank Rd Hemsby only to recieve a notice from ANPR365LTD.
This company is impossible to get in touch with as phone only rings once and then silence and the email address for complaints or referral is an invalid address.
This company should not be allowed to exist.

Car park fine from faulty machine

Received a PCN in the post 9 days after the date of the notice and almost a month since the date they claim I failed to display a ticket or pay.
Their machine at Hemsby over the Easter weekend was faulty. I did find it strange on arrival that only one car was parked at the time we arrived in the morning.
They clearly display a daily parking rate of £6. No matter what I tried and how many times I tried, the machine kept increasing the charge beyond the £6 when I added time on (there's no 'all day pay' button to press). I wasn't paying £8 or more for parking that was advertised at a maximum of £6, so after 6 minutes of panic from trying and backwards and forwards to my car and passenger trying to work something out, I drove out of the car park.
The PCN states the fine is £100, yet it should be £60 as a starting point according to their own wording.

I appealed the PCN as noted in the small print, the day I received it in the post.
A week later I've heard nothing, so I've tried accessing their website again with the PCN number and it states an appeal can't be logged and to call them!

These companies and their tactics should be shut down.

Being sent a PCN for spending 6 minutes in the car park trying to get their faulty machine to provide the correct ticket that I didn't wish to be over charged for is disgusting.
