I have had answered by for 2.5 years and love it. Sometimes it is hard to understand English. But they have always fixed and answered all my questions and seem very knowledgeable. I use them monthly to clean up computer
This service offered by ACER is pretty much a scam. They charge you $80 upfront to fix your computer issues but then wont reimburse you when the problem isnt fixed. They just want to charge you again. So many red flags, i should known better.
The technician, Jay, helped me through the cleanup of my pc. He told me everything to do step by step. It was great!
Their ad says $10 per month - what they don't tell you is that it is $30 to cancel ON TOP of the billing for signing up. They barely spoke english and provided no help with my problem past a scripted answer about how it was supposed to work. The would not listen to what I had already done and ended the call by confirming that it wasn't working. They were USELESS and their contract is a trap.
Be very careful about using this company.
They don't do anything without substantial payment up front. They barely speak English, difficult to understand and after about 1/2 hour poking around your computer they tell you a part needs to be replaced, in my case a hard drive. So paid a lot for no help.
And of course no refund, not even partial.
So again, be VERY careful about working with this company.
