I made the mistake of not joining the premium subscription but using the free version to try out the tool.
There was a problem and I was charged without benefiting from the trial period.
I ask for a refund and they don't want to refund me, it's a scam. A reputable and important company refunds its unhappy customers, no questions asked. The fact that I have to argue like this to get a refund is bad enough..

Stay away from them they will save your card and will keep charging it. They offering you what you can get for free. They will also refuse the refund and will force you to use their broken service, neil patel is seriously untrustworthly, such a scam.

Not trust worthy and bad customer service. Took money for a subscription. I didn't use the service at all during the period as it wasn't meant to renew, they refused to refund.
Any company that are reputable would refund the money no questions asked.

Careful with the prices, they will not show the fact that VAT is not included for lifetime membership. I saw it on the confirmation email from PayPal.
And they won't tell you that there is no refund for it, either. Until you ask for it.
You ask for it because even when you filter the results for only those in French to show up, silly and unrelated English ones will bloat the results. For example, "shooting mode" means fashion shooting and the site is giving me "canon shooting automatic mode" or stuff like that.
Wasted money and time.

I lost access to my account because I accidentally had it connected to a work email and I left the company. They were quick to respond and worked diligently to get my access back AND gave me a lifetime subscription for the trouble. We ran into a few issues and it took a few days to get my access back but I am SO grateful for their assistance and attention.
