Purchased a bag and it fell apart after about 3 months . Contacted the company and supplied the information they requested but then no reply after .
Do not buy from them !!!!- the after service is non existent !!!

I absolutely love it!! It fits like a dream, it is so soft and comfortable and it goes with so many outfits.

They sell bags they claim to be leather that are clearly synthetic. Customer service is poor. I have yet to receive a refund.

I ordered two handbags in the beginning of December. Never received any. Tracking stopped when the products "arrived" in Finland. Disputed via PayPal and they helped me to get full refund. Would give five stars to PayPal and minus five to this company.
How can the rating averidge be 2,6 stars, when 100 % of ratings is 1 star?

Ordered a purse from this site on 12/5/22. Did not receive till late January. Purse was low quality - not as appeared in images. Site stated money back guarantee - I requested a refund and they asked for some code on the plastic package. Did not have that of course. Ensued a long series of emails that sounded like a bot. Refused to refund. They had charged $10 more than the original statement. Emails kept repeating - someone who could not speak english well (product supposedly made in US). Do not use this scam company. If dissatisfied, you will not receive an address to return the product or money back.

I ordered 2 purses in Dec.
They have been sitting in Jacksonville since Jan. 11th and I still have not received them. Very poor service. When company contacted they did nothing to facilitate the delivery. Is this a legitimate company??

If I could, I'd give negative stars, I would - minus 5 stars!!!!

I ordered two purses from this company in mid November "Made in the USA" - i was surprised when the tracking said it was being shipped for Italy! I was informed that they have warehouses all over the world and it was being shipped "from the closest one to me"???? then mid December the shipping notices stopped. Now apparently it has reappeared right her in LA! BY this point I certainly do not want the product or trust the company - they won't answer to me requesting a refund.

My experience is just like the review above. I have received not product, yet. I hope PayPal will help me out!

Stay away! I should know better....

Ordered 2 purses, but never received either one after more than 60 days. Tracking order stopped once order got to USA. I disputed both with my credit card and one card company got refund within a day. Just disputed with second card today. Stay away from this company! Their website is all lies! Said made in USA but one purse said shipped from Portugal, the other said Ireland! Learned to check sites like this to verify trust!
