I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new car from this garage. I made the 4-hour round trip to visit them based on the excellent reviews I'd read beforehand, and I'm pleased to say they absolutely lived up to the reputation.
From the moment I called, Andrew was incredibly helpful and arranged a same-day test drive, which was a huge plus. I especially appreciated that they allowed us to take the car out unsupervised, as I much prefer being able to get a proper feel for a vehicle without any pressure.
Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to my concerns about whether the car was the right fit for me. Rather than trying to persuade me, he answered all my questions clearly and honestly, giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision.
The whole process was smooth and efficient, with just four days from test drive to collection. Communication throughout was excellent, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy additional products or extras. Everything was explained clearly, and the decisions were left entirely up to me.
I absolutely love my new car, and so far it's been everything I was hoping for. A big thank you to Andrew for making the whole buying experience straightforward, relaxed, and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Usually I hate going shopping for a new car. We had seen online that Anthony Betts had the car I wanted so we went over. We we were greeted by Ifti, he is not at all pushy answered all our questions. We agreed a price on the car and went to pick it up a few days later. It did have a couple of tiny blemishes which had been polished out and the car looked like new. Ifti spent time going through the paperwork and setting up a service plan, he also spent a lot of time setting up my phone on the car. He made the car buying experience much more enjoyable

Last week I phoned Anthony Betts
Last week I phoned Anthony Betts, the call was answered by a gentleman Ifti .
I mentioned that I was interested in a car they had for sale and that can I find out more about it .
Ifti explained about the car and answered the questions I wanted to know and arranged for me to come down to see it .
As I arrived at the garage I was greeted by Ifti and made to feel very welcome .
We looked at the car and I liked it what I saw straight away and Ifti offered me a test drive which I did .
We sat down at his desk and went through everything to the paperwork and all questions which was never to much for Ifti .
I have purchase many cars over time from dealers and my recent one being Range Rover . Wow Ifti certainly beats them on his professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Within two days my car was ready for me to collect , I arrived at the showroom and was greeted by Ifti which had all the paperwork and car ready to go .
I can call Ifti and the team at Anthony Betts and know nothing is a problem .
If anyone is looking for a car and wants a decent , honest dealer then this is the place .

From start to finish the communication…
From start to finish the communication with Anthony Betts is clear. The booking process was easy with my requirement for a courtesy car being fulfilled. On arrival I was met with a cheerful greeting and the handover took no time at all. As I didn't have a requirement to get my car back at a particular time I was called when the service was completed and given details of any additional charges over and above my service plan. The pick following the service was quick as all the information had been supplied prior to arrival and my car had been valeted ready for pick up. I have used Anthony Betts for a number of years and would highly recommend them.

From day one Richard was attentive to our needs. We changed our minds several times about whether we wanted to buy a new or used car. Richard was not only very knowledgeable about the range of vehicles available to us, he actually listened to us and help us make the right decision for us!
At no point did he try to push us towards a more expensive option that we didn't want or need.
He then sourced the car that we wanted!
We have run our on business for over 20 years, so understand the value of good customer relations.
