I bought a '24 S-Cross from this garage, couldn't recommend them enough. It was a smooth process, let me have a proper test drive and seemed to be very transparent about everything. They were even honest enough to say their trade in prices for my old vehicle weren't competitive and recommended a place which gave me an extra £2k. I had Andrew Hobbs who was fantastic, overall a very pleasant experience

I visited the showroom twice recently. It is well lit with space to browse the cars on display. The sales & service staff were all male which, on reflection, could feel slightly intimidating for some female customers. However, the staff were helpful and friendly and I was made to feel welcome. My transactions went smoothly and I was totally satisfied with the processes.

Why is this dealership service department stuck in the past? Their phone operator doesn’t know the service prices. When asked for a figure, she can’t provide it and says it will take two days to find out. What kind of service is this? The information should be available immediately. Last time, they took my car twice for a software update but couldn’t complete it. All they seem good at is apologizing, blaming customers, and boasting about how busy they are, forcing customers to wait while justifying their inefficient, poor system.

I was served by Andrew who was extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgeable of all the types of vehicles. He didn’t miss an opportunity to upsell products or another car. It was a seamless transaction, a lot of features with the car, for a good price. Will definitely us this garage again and recommend to friends/family.
