Unprofessional, unethical liars

Over 2 months into a purchase of a house through this company we were gazumped. Whilst not illegal it is still regarded as immoral and unethical by many professionals. Solicitors fees, searches, even selling furniture and putting things in storage ready to move 3 weeks before Christmas, they pulled out of the sale the week were we due to exchange. They lied about pulling the house off the market, obviously too embarrassed by their own behaviour.
