Thank you for the great customer service and for going the extra mile to leave me with a positive experience. I am now so impressed with this company. I ordered three bottles of the Hale Derma spray for delivery. I live in Toronto and the package was shipped by air. When I received the parcel all bottles were individually wrapped in tissue paper and then well protected with bubble wrap on each bottle. As I took off the bubble wrap it became apparent that the tissue paper was soaking wet. Unfortunately, the bottle was broken and everything leaked out. I opened the second, same thing. I opened the third and it was also broken glass in wet tissue. I called and explained what had happened and the first woman who answered said, “ I am so sorry this has happened, I will transfer you to someone who can help”. The second woman immediately apologized and asked what she could do/what I would like under the circumstances. I think there is something about the product that causes this to happen at high altitude so I didn’t want a repeat of the same situation. She agreed and said she would immediately refund me which I was happy with. Even though I was happy things were rectified, she also offered to send me a product as a kind gesture for what happened. Quite rare that a company goes beyond what would be the normal expectation and gifts you a product for the inconvenience. I will definitely continue to order from here in the future and tell others about how great they are.
