Pick up exaperience
My son picked up my order from the store. He was taken aback by the lack of professionalism of the staff. He was not greeted, he was ignored, he felt like he was bothering the staff. My son has picked up orders for me from similar businesses. He was not impressed at all with the staff and was very clear that they made him feel out of place. They were not polite and I think I will look elsewhere when purchasing products.
