I usually don’t resort to writing reviews however the thought of anybody else going through the same experience with Antictrip when trying to book a family holiday/flights, doesn’t bear thinking of.

Unfortunately I didn’t check Trustpilot beforehand, as my experience echos a lot of what has already been mentioned. The initial flights advertised at a certain price was not something they could fulfil for all passengers which resulted in them sending an email asking for an extra £900 to book the remaining three passengers.

As I refused to pay the additional amount, I maintained they needed to honour the price or action a refund. After a lot of back and fourth, they 'agreed' to refund the full amount within a email confirmation on 8 May 2024, quoting a time scale of 7-10 working days.

I'm currently on hold (And have been for the last 15 minutes) whilst speaking to them over the phone (Agent confirmed they are Deli based) awaiting the promised refund. As you can imagine, flight prices have changed a lot and will continue to do so until I get the refund and have the money to book new flights.

Please, if not for your sanity alone, book elsewhere

July 2024 update -

After being contacted several times regarding this review, I was promised a discount/voucher for the flights I needed for a family holiday. Against my better judgement, flights were booked for the dates needed which were followed by Airbnb and car hire reservations in line with those dates.

However, having checked flight details on Emirates a few days later, it was no longer a relevant booking reference 6 days before we were due to fly. I contacted Emirates who confirmed it was cancelled the agents side. I followed this up with Akash (Who likes to use the name Ashley) several times over the following two days which resulted in him disputing what Emirates confirmed. He then outlined that the original flights were no longer available and he couldn’t do anything but refund the payment. So now 3 days before we were due to fly, we had accommodation booked, transport booked but no flights which resulted in last minute flights being booked elsewhere costing more money.

Akash was only mindful of the review either being edited to show a positive experience or being removed totally. No sense of acknowledgement for the inconvenience caused nor any accountability for the unprofessionalism on their part. Having read previous reviews, I’m sure the company will respond to this either advising to contact a support email address or outlining a revised version of what occurred.

Please avoid.

Antic travel is a rip off organisation that advertises cheap flights . After you have booked and paid for your flight , they ring you up and tell you the flight cannot be honoured and charge you extra for another flight. Its disgusting. Iv rated it 1 star but i actually raye you 0 starts and will be getting in touch with the governing body

It’s 100% scam I have recorded all phone calls they say something else and on email they say different things they put the lowest ticket rates when you buy that ticket never exist after 2-3 days wasting your time they will tell you that ticket is gone we have new price although the new prices are much higher, to save your previous money you will buy expensive from them they hold my money more then one month then I involved trading standard they released my money after deducting
So these are scammers don’t use or buy through them

They have deceitful approach to plunder people. They sold me tickets taken money and then starting black mailing me to pay them £680 extra for karachi. I am willing to take action against them in court of law I am very hard nut to crack I am civil servant and very litigious personality. I am not going Pakistan at all and just waiting to drag this dodgy company in court of law.

I really wish I had read these reviews before getting all excited and paying for my elderly father's flights.

I paid the full amount stated on their website and then received an email stating booking has not been confirmed. Why take the full payment when booking is not confirmed??? I spoke with an obnoxious individual calling himself Martin but sounded more like Mukesh. He informed me that to confirm the booking, I'd have to pay an extra £196! I asked him to cancel the request and refund the full amount I had paid. Martin aka Mukesh became very irate and stated there would be a charge and the full money would not be refunded. I informed him I knew my rights and unless they refunded the full amount, I would seek legal advice and take the company to court. Immediately I received an email requesting confirmation to cancel the booking. I responded and 15 days later I received the full refund.

Please do not book with these cowboys. They just want your money and once you pay them, they want more of your money and if you refuse, they threaten you with cancellation charges for a service they have failed to deliver. Stay away, especially from Martin or Mukesh. Booking ref ATU24064851 (just so Antictrip can't respond with "we don't have your details on record")

What a joke this company, if indeed it is a company?
I have spoken to nearly all of them to name a few Martin, Amy, Charles, Chang etc... they all lie, logged complaint 2 weeks ago and as of yet no response from them despite me chasing them every day. They let me down twice took my money but never delivered the e-ticket. In the end i gave up and requested my money back and i had to cancel my holidays I booked with my employer.

please people STAY AWAY from this SCAM unprofessional company you will not get your ticket EVEN IF YOU WAIT UNTIL FEW HOURS LEFT TO FLIGHT they may have delivered some tickets reading from the review but the failure ratio is far greater and its not worth the RISK!

Oh am still waiting for the compensation Amy promised me a week ago and now all of a sudden she is never available when I call...WAS THAT ANOTHER LIE!!!???

Trust pilot I have all the evidence in email if you need it....

Fake doesn’t even deserve one star they toke my money and didn’t send any ticket kept chasing no answer until last they said they can’t book the ticket it’s out of stock which is a lies full on Indian scammers don’t trust them very rude I will report this website as fraud they are stealing peoples details and money
