Called these ass🤡 for help, send a juiced up ass🤡with an attitude to me house, told him where I needed rat traps puttin,in loft and behind a wall were u have to undo 4 screws,he told me he’s not unscrewing nothing today??!!! All that fake muscle and He couldnt undo 4 screws that led to where rats were behind my wall🤣Phoned company to make complaint about the attitude , spoke with manager, he got angry with me and asked me, a member of public, how to punish his staff??!! Not very professional. I Told him I don’t know how im supposed to punish your staff I don’t work for your company??!! The manager tried to excuse the juice boys attitude because he has been sick like a little baby for the past few weeks so that gives him a right to be nasty to me in my own home, and ignore my wishes.I’m a disabled man and this really bothered me. I ended the call because the manager was like an angry baby trying to blame me for his staffs attitude then tried to report the manager and the technician to the complaints line and the woman there, nasty woman with a ruff voice, told me she was secretly listening in on mine and the managers private conversation and she’s siding with the manager??? Is it legal to listen in on private phone calls in the uk? I did NOT give anyone permission to secretly listen in on my private conversation !!!!!! So In the end antipestnothwest didn’t do the job properly and they all got aggressive with me when I made a complaint about the ass🤡juice head who was an out of towner. They told me the technician, who we all agreed had a attitude problem, told the staff I never asked for the 4 screws to Be undone??!!! I spoke to 3 people before the ass🤡 tech turned up and I told all three that a panel needs to come off and poison out behind, so the staff sided with the ass🤡 juice boy and made out I was lying and I’m the problem for complaining. I bet all there bed sheets smell like vermin

Have used Antipest several times now and I highly recommend them. Alan's customer service is first-class: always returns any call or message, let's you know exactly when he'll be there, very reasonable prices, and an excellent service that deals immediately and efficiently with the problem (in our case, wasps nests). An added, but very important bonus, is that Alan (and his colleague, also called Alan) is extremely likeable and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
