COMPANY FAILS to REFUND returned items…

COMPANY FAILS to REFUND returned items or carry out a return request. This is theft and is illegal Australian consumer rules.
I ordered a size 8 pants and small top totally over $800. Antipodean sent me a size 10 pants instead on 5 August. Since then, I am living an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund for the incorrect size pants I have returned and request for me to return the matching top. Despite multiple requests (even begging) for the last 13 days the company refuses to reply, refuses to refund me for the item returned and refuses to allow me to return the top. I had no choice but to lodge a complaint on the ACC website. Do not purchase from this company - you will be driven mad by their complete apathy and contempt for customers.
