I ordered a sprint pro 2 analyser…

I ordered a sprint pro 2 analyser package Friday the 20th February 26 for next day pre 10.30 delivery Total cost of £682.32 from the Anton shop. Now taking into account I have been a customer of theirs and had their products for at least 15 yrs.
I recieved a phone call after the online purchase requesting my gas safe number which I questioned as to the reason why they needed it, in my opinion there is absolutely no need for such a request as merchants can buy them and sell them without such information being required. I explained I had been a customer for so many years. At which the call ended.
The Package was able to be tracked and was shown as delivered on the tracking App at 8.55 am Sat 21st Feb however had NOT.
I emailed Anton shop and have recieved no reply to this matter I have also phoned, first call 8.05 am had a conversation with an anton employee with no resolution to the matter and no reply from a manger, I then called again at 10 am the phone just rang out, so.called off my friends phone they answered within 3 rings, still no satisfactory explanation. I have called back at 11.36am and let the phone ring for 10 minutes still no answer.
A company that thinks they can just take your money and not deliver goods and give no satisfactory explanation to the matter.
I've had to cancel 5 jobs today absolute joke this company, they have lost a customer and many more by the time I have done enlightening people to their disgraceful customer service.

Poor customer service.

I've been an Anton customer coming up for 20 years now. I've purchased 4 analysers and always had it serviced there. Last week I sent off my item for its 5 year service but was met with a replacement letter and tbf not very clear at more additional charges. I've already taken two days off and another on Thursday as I have been convinced to replace a perfectly good unit due to overall costs 🤔 What I'm really dissapointed is that Peter whom I was dealing with didn't have the decency to reply even though I did to his email!! I'm at the end of my career and definitely wasn't expecting to replace my analyser especially for £400.00 but my service was going to be £360.00 Wow 🤔
Unfortunately I'm a sole trader and in this day and age can't afford to be off work too much.
The young lad that answered the phone was excellent but if Peter won't respond via his colleague nothing I can do. If I'd known before hand how I was going to be treated. I'd of definitely used another company who respects any customer especially one who has been loyal for twenty years.

Sent back again - returned not working at all - although certificate of calibration given on both occasions

Anton analyser spring pro 3

I had to do a boiler service today, and it was my first time using this analyzer. When I tried to purge the analyzer for the fuel test, an error appeared: “Blockage detected – check probe, water trap, and filter.”
I turned it off, removed the probe, and tried again, but the same error appeared. I tried a few more times after a period of time, but the error still showed up.

DO NOT USE - cowboys - sent my Flue Gas Analyser off for calibration they received it by recorded delivery have the signature to prove it it has now been lost there side and are refusing to help or replace causing me thousands in lost earning and business

I am writing to express my concern…

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent calibration service involving my handset, probe, and gas sniffer.

Four days after sending all three components for calibration, I received only the handset back. The probe and gas sniffer are missing. This has left me unable to carry out my work, causing significant disruption to my schedule and professional commitments.

Prior to sending the handset for replacement, I contacted the Anton shop and explicitly reminded them about the other parts. I was assured that all components would be returned to me together. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

I would also like to note that I experienced similar issues with your service last year, which raises further concern about the reliability and handling of customer equipment.

I urgently request the immediate return of my missing probe and gas sniffer, along with confirmation of their shipping status. Please treat this matter with the seriousness and urgency it warrants, as I am currently unable to operate effectively without these tools.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Your Anton Shop Order #A29405

My analyser is less than 4mths old, is now faulty, called to have it looked at to be told i have to send it off, pay postage and packaging myself even though under warranty and they might be able to fix on site if not will need to be sent off..this piece of kit is my main income and i cant go days without it let alone weeks.. you spend hundreds of pounds on it and have to pay postage when faulty … not happy

Avoid using this company to calibrate…


Avoid using this company to calibrate your FGA. I sent my FGA to get calibrated. After a week never heard anything from them or a return of my FGA. When I called them up no apology. They told me that they will calibrate My FGA and will send it next day. When i received my FGA back. The FGA never been calibrated while in their possession for more than a week.
I was furious as i had jobs booked. Which i had to cancel letting the customers down
I called anton they told me to send it back again. When they had it for more than a week.With no apology once again. I send the my FGA again. When they send it back the second time I experience issue with the FGA. Never trust this company with your FGA
Complete and utter cowboys.

I have been dealing with Compli / Anton for several years now and I cant praise them enough for the service they provide. A very quick turn around service on recalibrations/repairs and a pleasure to speak with any of their representatives!

Don’t buy from these guys would be my recommendation pay slightly more and get the service you deserve. They took two lots of payments off me ,messed me around for 3 days only to say they hadn’t got my gas analyser in stock !!!! . They were showing 4 in stock after my money was refunded and they’re still showing 4 in stock now . Tried to get an explanation for what they are doing but they can’t be bothered to reply , taking payments for items they haven’t got would be my best guess which is totally wrong and fraudulent .

Poor workmanship!

Poor workmanship!! The analyser arrived back with loose wire on the temperature probe, the trap was full of water. Also failed to pick up on a simple battery fault with analyser!
We will be taking our analysers elsewhere in the future.

Avoid!!!

5* Service from a 5* Company

Used this company for 3 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Great communication and you are kept informed about the whole process.
The Quick turn around is very much needed when you need your FGA on a daily basis.
The printable postage label also makes the whole process simple.
5* company.... 5* service.

Was quoted a price for service and…

Was quoted a price for service and calibration, once they had my unit was told it would be a different price but only after I had chased them as I hadn't had it back. Paid the extra only to find out that the extra work didn't need doing as it had been done the year before. Emailed to get a refund and have had no response, shocking customer service, will never use again.

Rubbish Company!

Sent my analyzer for recalibration I’m February . Waited 3 weeks and still wasn’t returned . When I called them and they looked into it they said that the DPD driver delivering it was burgled and that they had to raise a claim with them. We are now in October and very month I’m having to chase them and all they keep saying is that they are waiting to hear from DPD. Worse service ever!!!! Use them and you will regret it. I will take this as far as I need to to ensure that I am compensated. Such a waste of my time!
