This company is a hot mess - a backwoods Clampit manager
This company is a hot mess. They profit by building tax credit housing and then fail to lawfully operate the property. They do not adhere to reasonable accommodation statute and don't care. They fail to properly advise tenants about criteria that must be met to qualify for a tax credit (lower rent) unit. The attitude of this company - overall - is that tenants are their Money Cows.
Further, a complex manager in Napa, CA behaved like a "backwoods Clampit" (ill educated hateful bigot) when this person refused to maintain the required waitlist for low rent units and then rented each to her friends...and later moved into one herself. You do not want to lease from this company and you don't want the neighbors at the Anton Napa property. There is plenty of competition and lower prices.
