I’m getting too many compliments 🤣

Went there for cornrows a few days ago and honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.

The braids came out super clean and neat — exactly what I had in mind. What surprised me most was how fast it went, didn’t expect to be done that quickly without it affecting the quality at all.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Good communication throughout, no guessing games about what to expect. Just a smooth, pleasant experience start to finish.

Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality braiding work. Already thinking about my next appointment 🤘🤝

I had a very positive experience and…

I had a very positive experience and I’m really happy with the service.

I’ve used their service twice now, and both times have been great. I chose the at-home service, which is incredibly convenient and makes the whole experience very relaxed.

The person who did my braids was amazing, very skilled, gentle, and clearly experienced. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

I’m also very impressed with the team behind the scenes. Communication was smooth, they follow up very well, and they really take the time to think along with you about the final look and style. That personal approach makes a big difference.

Overall, a top service. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely come back again!

Beautiful braids, bad communication

The braids were beautifully well done and the braider was very professional, but I didn't like the service. They sent me a message only when they were already 10 minutes late to tell me that would be 45 minutes later, but that became one hour without notice. Then they arrived with just one braider instead of two. I didn't realise this until later because the coordinator was also there when they came in, he stayed for half an hour or so and then left saying he would be back later, so I thought he was the second braider and would be coming in later to help. They didn't communicate this in advance so it took 8 hours instead of the 3 hours they promised me, I had to change my whole planning because of this. I also had to hand over the right amount of hair for each braid during 8 hours, otherwise we would have finished even later. They brought in a second braider for the last hour and half to compensate and they apologized, but that doesn't change the fact that they didn't warn me in advance or ask if I was okay with it. I was very disappointed about this, so I will not be using their services anymore.

Reading your experience back, we completely understand your frustration. The delay, the lack of clear communication, and the difference between what was promised and what actually happened, that’s not the level of service we want anyone to go through.

You were right to expect better from us.

At that time, we were still in an earlier stage of building our operations, and your appointment exposed real gaps in how we managed communication, timing, and coordination. That’s not an excuse, but it is something we took very seriously.

Since then, we’ve made concrete changes. We now provide real-time tracking of our braiding teams, improved how and when we communicate delays, and reworked our time estimates to be much more realistic. Clients can also now choose the number of braiders in advance, so expectations are clear from the beginning.

Most importantly, we’ve learned that the experience should feel just as good as the final result, not just the braids themselves.

We know this doesn’t change what happened to you, but your feedback has directly helped us improve, and we are genuinely grateful for that.

If you ever consider giving us another chance, we would truly value the opportunity to provide you with the full experience we are now working hard to deliver, from start to finish.

Lateness

You guys were late, made me to miss my appointment and forgot my extension. But when my hair was done it was beautiful

Good but could have been better and…

Good but could have been better and feller, totally different from the style i choose. Didn't like the hair color but everything was okay. Hope to have a better experience next time

I had a really good experience


I had a really good experience. They listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure to respect my schedule. I even had to change my appointment from Saturday to Monday at the last minute, and they were very understanding and flexible. I really appreciated that.

Great, I know nothing about braids and they listened and helped me find something to my liking. They try to make sure your hair will be good for any occasion you'll be in and get to you as fast as they can. I'm very happy about the effort they put in.
