Terrible service. Order a month late then received the wrong item. Bought through a independent retailer but don’t want to tarnish their reputation as they have been brilliant trying to help me get the matter sorted. Anula unresponsive so had to order the item again. Still waiting…..
Package came in tatters because they shipped overseas in a paper bag. While items were not stained, the skirt received had a broken zipper. I’ve tried contacting theee time and haven’t gotten a response.
The quality of the clothes is 10/10 but more than that the service is EXCEPTIONAL. Although it was not an option on the website, but since I was flying out of UK when i placed my order, they had went out of their way to get it delivered the same day, with no additional cost and even with a gift. The founder contacted me personally and got it sorted out. This is one of the most amazing experience ive had with a fashion brand with such beautiful and sustainable clothing.
The blouse and skirt I bought are great. The are both beautifully made with good quality materials. The sizing was accurate.
Delivery was prompt.
I can think of no improvements.

Came across this brand on instagram and wasn’t sure what the quality would be like but thought I would give it a try! I am so impressed with the quality and fit of the stuff I ordered and love that its recycled fabrics!!!! Shirt dress fabric was way nicer and a higher quality than I expected- I am very pleased
