Wonderful service, I received my parcel in 3 working days Uk. It was dispatched the next day after I ordered and received it the next working day. I received a confirmation email to let me know my payment was confirmed. I have to admit sending money through bank transfer was a little nerve racking but it paid off. I would suggest making a payment option just as Apple Pay or using credit/debit card. Otherwise great service and I love my products.

Really rude customer service and no tracking. I received no confirmation on whether my order was arriving or not so messaged them and they were so rude and patronising. Surprise surprise my order had not been sent, which was fine but the rudeness just made me cancel the whole order.

Had best experience so far 👌 delivery was fast and at stated time will definitely come back and order more , product quality top notch will highly recommend this site

Don’t buy from this company they are scam. Once you pay your money, you will not receive your order.

The lotions have been watered down and mixed. Very disappointing

The items I ordered were received in the advised timeframe. Saving me trawling around in shops looking for what I needed to help with a skin flare-up, after an allergic reaction.

Cheap prices, and good customer support! Only giving 4/5 because of a delivery issue which I had to pay for, but Anunu got back to me and gave me a refund for the fees I paid so there are no complaints. From what it sounds like it was just a minor administrative error in a very busy Christmas period.

I would have to order again to be able to update this to a 5 star, but I'd recommend!

After reading all the reviews about this company and Irolobestore which is run by same owner. I’m shocked these people are still running this business. Some1 needs to go london with me and destroy everything. They are money grabbers. They are very nice when taking orders but once money is in there banks. The reply’s you get from lady and the stupid man are unprofessional. These websites need to be reported and bank nees to no these people are fraudulent. Tax people should no that these people are ducking tax. They hiding everything. All the gud reviews they got are from there own people.

I have already ordered something from them 4 times because the products are of good quality. Shipping to the Netherlands takes about 1/2 week, but customs will hold the shipment for a few days. Always delivered reliably! Good products!

This company has bad customer service. There was an issue with an order I made because payment was taken from my bank card but I had no acknowledgment of purchase in my email account. I called the number provided to verify whether the purchase has gone through or not from the store since payment was taken bi I had no receipt no pending delivery date. The lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude. She then told me she does not care about the issue and hang up on me while I was still talking. I never had such a terrible customer service before. I will not be buying anything from this store again.

This is by far the worst online store I have ever purchased from in MY ENTIRE LIFE....They will take your money and not ship your products. Multiple times I called and asked for a refund, but the owner is a rude and arrogant person, who lied and said she will give me a refund but its literally a month now and absolutely no refund. I have called and even texted the owner on whatsapp asking for my refund but she completely ignored my request, tell me to 'rest'- Can you imagine. This business also sells illegal products like bleaching creams which is completely illegal in Europe and the UK. I informed the owner about this and she completely got defensive. This business is completely disorganised and a massive fraud. They are out to rip you of your hard earned money. Anyone who gives this business a 5 star reviews are fake people who work for Anunu stores. Please beware and stay clear

Ordered a product that is out of stock every where else. Intially no response to two emails. But answered my phone call promptly. The order was posted the same day with prompt delivery by Royal mail. Good service from the owner Margaret.

I was really concerned during these uncertain times to order products from Anunustores.com, a small online company. I had just ordered the same items from a larger one but discovered too late that they were prepared to take my money while knowing full well that they would not be able to deliver the items (my bank will resolve the financial dispute).
But the fact that Margaret, the owner of Anunu, was available at the end of her mobile when I called late one evening immediately put me at ease.
Anunustores is definitely legitimate. Like many others it is struggling to keep its head above water with an owner who has experienced enormous difficulties and losses that have impacted on her business.
That being said she comes across as resilient and professional and delivered the items that I ordered promptly and efficiently.
I totally recommend Anunustores.com and encourage anyone looking for the products she has on her website to buy and support her.
