The honeycomb was delicious but rather dry and hard which was disappointing and unusual from what I understand.
I’m sure the next batch will be better.
That said, I’m greatly impressed by your Honey and look forward to trying some others.

Our honeycomb does get dry sometimes due to the very hot weather where the hives are located but we are working on a solution to keep the honeycomb more fresh.
