I have ordered 2 tires from this company, after a week they sent me an email that they don't have those tires in stock, even if It clearly says they are still on stock, after they sent me this email. I try to reach out to the support but there is no one except some AI to talk with. I do not recommend buying from this company because they are not reliable.

There is a chance they will be late
We ordered the tires when we read they would be delivered in four working days. We really needed them in 7 days but unfortunately they arrived only two weeks later.
So you get it, no problem, and the lady who I spoke to was friendly, but if you are in a hurry you have a chance that it will come late.

I ordered 2 motorcycle tires
I ordered 2 motorcycle tires. One arrived in less than a week, the second one I still didn’t receive it. It’s been more than 3 weeks. I contacted customer support and they opened a ticket. Raquel is handling it and at first he told me that the courier company is on strike. Now he is accusing me that I didn’t pick up the tire.(the tire was in Poland and I live in Romania). If you want to buy from them, pay a little extra and buy from a more competent company.Update: they want me to pay the cancellation fee because they sent it to the wrong address. Worst experience ever. Avoid them at all costs!

Fraude - no contact possible, fraudulent activity
I have purchased a set of 4 tires from Anvelopelider.ro , and got 2 old used tires ( 11 years used tires ). This is outrageous.The purchase was done more than 3 weeks ago and for more than 2 weeks I am trying on all channel to get my money back. They use only bots for complaints, means no one will care about your complain.Behind this is AD TYRES INTERNATIONAL SLU .
Be aware!!!
Update: as they advised to open a ticket - I have 7 tickets opened . Can you provide an answer ,not to behave fraudulent and provide useless responses, and give my money back ?
