Any Coin 

Started trading in June, and when i was making money on trades, asked to withdraw some of the funds and they won't release any of my funds.

SCAM...Invested and then quickly realised there was an issue. Have been trying to withdraw funds now for two weeks. My "Analyst" Steven Grant was so helpful to start with and now wont even return an email!! GUTTED!

To begin with, the auto-trader started out pretty well with a consistent daily return for the first few weeks, so I added a little more money to the account in the hope of boosting the return, and shortly afterwards the auto-trader stopped altogether and never made a cent of profit in the months since. It seems it was only ever intended to be an appetiser. Lacking the personal finances to purchase any crypto currency, I tried my hand at making some trades manually, but it seems I don't have much of a knack for that.

Since it wasn't working out for me I decided to close my account, wanting to simply shake hands and part ways, but I sent them that request two months ago, and the account still has not been closed, and since I sent that request I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone there beyond standard acknowledgement emails saying that the request has been passed on (but still with no actual results). I can no longer get through on any of the phone numbers that they'd previously used to contact me, and emails go unanswered. This is where I started to question their legitimacy, as no legitimate organisations that I've ever dealt with, from financial institutions to gyms, have ever taken so long to close an account.

To be fair, the one good thing was that I was able to withdraw funds at a time when I was forced to out of personal financial necessity, so overall I've pretty much broken even, but certainly no better off for the experience.

As they'd tell you themselves, they did call several times, and this is true, but does it really count if it hangs up or just happens to get disconnected every time I've answered it? And they've never bothered to leave a message. When I've found a missed a call, such as if I was at work at the time, I've tried to call back, but have only ended up on hold with the call never actually being answered, and when I've attempted to call their support number, which I must've done at least a dozen times, the attendant says that they'll see if an analyst is available, but in each case they never have been (literally 100% of the time). In my experience, a legitimate organisation would leave a message if they miss you on the phone, or correspond by email (and not just the unhelpful standard response emails).

My advice to anyone interested in signing up with any sort of crypto enterprise is to do some thorough research into the company you're considering (and even refer to sites such as ASIC for guidelines on what to watch out for). If you go for it I certainly wish you the very best of luck, and hope that things work out better for you than they have for me. I'm at the point where I'm actively researching the appropriate financial and government agencies to contact in such a situation as mine, because if Any-coin won't close the account, or even give a reason why not, then I have no choice but to find someone who will.

100% SCAM!!! Got verbally abused for trying to close my account after my laptop security AND my bank flagged it as scammy. Thank God my bank cancelled my credit card and I didn't lose any money.

My experience has been absolutely disastrous. ALL NEED TO READ, KEEP YOUR MONEY, AVOID THEM.

lost a lot of dollars, under the suggestion of Jeff, Jonny etc, they are all the same, just keep asking for bigger investment, once you will like to withdrawn your money seem to be impossible, with "auto trade system" performing in negative, even multiple times in the same day. Coincidence isn't? No training provided, they even refuse to tell you where there office is? something doggy is behind.

Where do I start? Long story short,
Any coin gained my trust, I deposited over 8000AUD, their adviser Riley Ross promised me returns of 9-12k USD per month, he advised me to invest in gold, under his direct instruction I did it, and gold dropped overnight and he tried to get me to deposit MORE to save the trade, but I had no more and margined out, I lost ALL my money on 1 trade

Then his manager called me to try and talk me into depositing MORE money to try to recover my losses. He wanted remote access to my of via anydesk which i refused of course.

My partner warned me not to deal with any coin, that they are a scam, I didn’t listen as I’m disabled, I wanted to try to make the returns he promised so I could provide for my family.

Biggest mistake ever, DONT TRUST ANY COIN!!!

It starts of like you are investing money and the algorithm is buying and trading for you. But when you ask to withdraw they will never let you withdraw and the account just continually drops in value until you have nothing! It's a completely fraudulent scam! BEWARE!

I registered last week and I am already filled with great impressions. They provide very fast service and great education. They guided me step by step and I am really satisfied with the outcome of significant profit on my account! Good job!

This is a scam!
I asked several times how easy it is to withdraw my money and was assured it would be no problem, whenever I needed it. I invested the minimum amount initially and was encouraged to invest more to receive greater returns. Gradually I added more money and was completely happy with the returns, my rep was calling me regularly to answer any questions and again reassuring me that I could withdraw my money quickly and easily. As soon as I tried to withdraw some of the funds, basically what I had invested minus the profits, my account started to take massive hits. The withdrawal was pending with a note that it will take up to 7 days. The losses were so high that I no longer had the balance in my account to withdraw what I requested. Meanwhile, my rep has not responded to emails or called me. And I have had no response from their so called support team.
The whole time I was told the bot only takes small risk, and this is true until you want to take out your money.
Currently I have a request to withdraw a small balance that has been sitting there as pending for 2 weeks! It is such a scam!!! Unauthorised transactions coming out of my account as well.

Well, any-coin and all the team don't deserve your trust and money. STAY AWAY from all of them!!!

You are never in control of your own money, getting withdraw seems to be impossible, suddenly you start loosing money from the "auto trade" and your balance decrease every day. They might refund you with Bonus credit, obviously after some sort of deposit from your end, however you are not allow to withdraw it, moreover they can also decide to remove it from your account, in result ending up with $0

There is no address of the company in their website, no trace anywhere in internet, which means is not legitimate, operating with "fake brokers".

Keep your money, and use other platform.

More than 2 weeks later I am still waiting for Any-Coin to decide if they are going to give me any of my money back. They say they try to call you, but no calls come through - I email Jeff with a couple days he could call me, but no calls. Of course not, my money is starting to go south as I requested to withdraw some. They cancelled my request & I had to make another one for a smaller amount. Suddenly an email 6 days ago saying they are reviewing my request???? Reviewing if I am allowed to have my money? Meanwhile the money goes down and down so you dont have enough to withdraw (happened once already). I have reported to the ACIC & Scamwatch also and will keep finding place to report them so others can learn from my experience. They are complete SCAMMERS - I know someone who has lost a whole lot more than I have & I thank my lucky stars I did not move other investment $$$ across (I was truly thinking about it) as I would have lost that too. There are NO training videos, no website options to get support - you have to ask you consultant if you can have the money or do anything. It has been a learning experience, I am so grateful I did not have more $$$ there. I doubt I will see any of the money I put in but please learn from this just as many of the other reviews. I will let you all know if I do get any money back out at all.

Understand the response below is not truthful. No one has called me, left me a message or emailed me. They have allowed me to take about 1/3 of what I put in, despite almost doubling my investment - that is exactly how they draw you in!!! DONT DO IT.

Do your self a favour, stay away from them.

Never in control of your money, analyst calling everyday to ask for more money. Always quick to response for a deposit, extremely disappointed with withdraw if can do it...

Don't wish to my worse enemy. Stay away.

I have been contacted by multiple different analysts (calling everyday never leaving a VM to say who they are) claiming to be from any- coin asking me to put all my trust in them. Given them access to my computer and hand over thousands of dollars for them to manage and for them to not give any info on how it works and what is happening on the platform. I had a family emergency and asked not to be contacted any further and recieved a scathing unprofessional response.

Would not recommend this platform for parties interested in cryptocurrency start up.

While working with this company, everything is just great. User friendly interface, Superb crypto buy and sell features and wonderful customer support. The support team is really amazing, although there was some language problem when I spoke to them, still they did their best to help me. In my recommendation, if they could hire just one Spanish speaking employee, everything will be even more awesome. Keep it up any-coin.
