Choose your product with care, mostly excellent but...
The site is excellent in terms of speed, tracking, quality of many of its products provided that you choose your brand with care. What would be helpful (especially for lamps such as fluorescent) is to display an ACTUAL up-to-date image of the stamp at the end of a lamp so you know exactly what article to expect (especially for the Sylvania brand). Everything else in my order matched the expected specifications, and in the main this site been reliable.

An absolute disaster
An absolute disaster. I ordered leds three times and all of them arrived late, one was incomplete and another one mistaken. I ordered 3 of the same downlight and they sent 2 of 4000K and one of 3000K. To date I havent received a reply to my requests for a change or reimboursement. Looks cheap, but at the end becomes expensive when you need to buy products to replace those ordered in a rush.

Ordered a set of lamps for my house…
Ordered a set of lamps for my house which arrived really quick, for me to discover that i ordered the wrong ones.
After contacting them for return there were no problems at all to send them back and to receive a refund.

Absolutely useless!
Absolutely useless!! Placed my order mid-October, didn't realise until I looked at my receipt that my order was even going to be despatched until November 10th. Thought I'd be patient as it was needed but not particularly urgent. Then receive an email on 13th November telling me the order will now not be despatched until 29th November. It was at this point I opted for a refund. Complete timewasters!!
