LCD display

Good afternoon, everyone!
In 2025, I purchased a Photon Mono M7 Pro, and since then I’ve had to contact Anycubic support twice. They responded quickly, the very next day after I reached out.
I’d like to share my feedback specifically regarding the second time I contacted them. I was assisted by “Mark (Support).” The issue was a damaged LCD display. It’s hard for me to say whether it was covered under warranty or not, but support reviewed it within 2–3 days and decided to send me a new LCD display (free of charge). The level of service at this company is high. I had already recommended them to my friends, but now I’ve decided to leave a review.

Outstanding after-sales support and professional service!

I recently had a technical issue with my Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo involving the strain gauge sensor and some hardware damage. While technical unexpected issues can happen with 3D printers, what truly matters is how a company handles them—and Anycubic exceeded my expectations.

The technical support team (especially Jeffrey) was professional, fast, and very helpful. They quickly identified the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, arranged for a complete replacement of the damaged parts (hotend, hotbed, PEI sheet, and heat sink).

I really appreciate the seriousness and the quality of their after-sales assistance. It is rare to find such reliable customer care. I will definitely remain a loyal customer for my future 3D printing needs. Highly recommended!

Two spare parts for free

Two times I have broken or damaged a component of my printer and two times the company has responded quickly by sending me a spare for free. I really appreciate that and take it into consideration when thinking about a good 3D printer brand.

Excellent support provided.

I had an excellent experience with Anycubic, both with the product and the after-sales service. They assisted me in less than 24 hours when I needed them and solved my problem. I will definitely continue buying filaments and more printers from Anycubic, as the brand has inspired confidence in me.

Awesome Printer and Support

I have been using AnyCubic for years and they make the best printers, my i3 Mega is 8 years old and its still rocking, I now have a Krobra S1 Combo and it to has been rock solid.

just recently my Z motor died and support helped me out and got a new motor coming in, and before you think why 5 star when that motor failed, my S1 has over 2400 print hours so things do break down over time.

I know once i get in to doing resin printing i am going with AnyCubic.

Overall Great Products and Support!

Very Quick and accurate Support!
The 3D Printers are pretty much the best Price to Value Printers out there and the Support is not only Quick but also very efficient and accurate!
Definitely not the last Anycubic Printer i will buy!

It took less than 24 hours to get a response.
Very friendly—everything was perfect.
I wrote on May 4 and received the replacement parts on May 8.
I didn’t expect it to go so quickly—a huge thank you to everyone.

Fast and Helpful Support Team

I had some problems with my printer, so I contacted the support team. They responded very quickly and provided several possible solutions to resolve the issue. In the end, they also shipped me replacement parts. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the support service.

Awesome products and support

I love their products. They give great value for the money. Have had no serious issues with my printer, but even the smaller ones have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Their support is very helpful with troubleshooting and solving the problem.

Overall, just very positive experience with their services!

I have had my Kobra s1 for a little…

I have had my Kobra s1 for a little over a year. I love it, but I've also have had some issues with it like most people. However, the technical and customer support I have received has been fantastic. I've been able to continue printing and with the support I have received, my KS1 prints as if it were brand new. Now I own the KS1 Max and I am confident I will get the same support if I should ever need it.

Customer service is second to none. I have submitted a couple of tickets to su[pport and they always respond very quickly. There support department is very knowledgeable and are truly very helpful. they always go the extra mile to make it right. Other companies should learn how to support there products as AnyCubic.

The support and service i recieved was unmatched! Jeffery was quick to understand what i needed and to help resolve my problems, by Jeffery replying to emails promptly I was able get the parts needed to repair my printer ordered. Anycubic service and support is awesome! Thank you Jeffery

Outstanding support and great products

I recently purchased a Kobra X, a truly exceptional printer not only for its multicolor processing speed but also for its print quality and speed, as well as its quiet operation and app-based management.
Unfortunately, due to my own mistake, I printed with filament so old that it had crumbled in the print head, but thanks to Anycubic's support, I was able to completely open it and remove the blockages. However, I did some more damage, which Anycubic fixed by sending me the entire print head. This was truly exceptional support, considering I had caused the damage not just once, but twice, and it wasn't even supposed to be covered under warranty. I highly recommend Anycubic!
