I called Anydrains’s direct on Saturday for a blocked manhole.The rates were explained clear and were fair.The engineer arrived within an hour investigated the problem and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend Anydrains’s direct.

I called anydrains direct last night due to a blocked manhole I was explained the rates and booked in for first thing this morning.They did offer me an appointment last night but my children were sleeping.

As agreed the engineer turnt up first thing this morning investigated the problem,discussed everything that he was doing and proceeded to resolve the issue.

The service from the start to finish was spot on.

I will definitely be using them again.

I called Anydrains direct out yesterday,the lady on the phone explained the rates and within the hour Anydrains were at my property.

They resolved the issue Tha other companies couldn't find.

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them out again if I have any other drainage issues.

Our drain was blocked at 10 pm, called Angdrains and technician was with us within 40 min. Kenny did a really good job, cleared our blockage quickly and explained everything really well.

I highly recommend you use them, prices are honest and work is quality.

Very very disappointed customer service.

I've never seen anything like this before. They want payment upfront before even seeing the work. Before they've even come to inspect it.
Extremely Not Recommended

A drain sump manhole cover in my front drive had become dislodged. I nearly put a car wheel into the sump! Scott from Any Drains Direct removed the old cover and replaced it with a new one, cementing it in place effectively. He was knowledgeable & courteous. I was charged a fair price for the job.
Last year I was ripped off by another drainage company. If only I had contacted Any Drains Direct instead!

On Friday evening our neighbour’s agents called out a subcontractor from Any Drains to deal with the foul smells coming from their mains drains which are linked to 4 houses at the top of the hill. He found them blocked and full of sludge, silt and apparently baby wipes. Due to the extent of the blockages he had a problem disposing of the effluent and instead of bringing appropriate receptacles, pumped it all into the corner of the private car park where it ran and ran down a driveway and front gardens of six dwellings leaving the paths 2 inches deep in places with raw sewage. We have photos. In these dwellings are vulnerable elderly people and pets. They refused to come back and deal with it. It is now Wednesday and the agents have had to contract another company to clean with industrial disinfectant. This company is irresponsible, untrustworthy and “customer service”? Don’t make me laugh.

Very quick response, very polite men, the young man mitchell told me all the process of my job and the price was very reasonable.
