More than happy to use them again

On arrival the guy confirmed my suspicions that my load was a bit larger than my estimate but that was no problem as it was fixed with a quick phone call and the extra fee was soon arranged. Once everything was agreed the chap set about loading all my rubbish which now was rated as a large load. Within minutes it seemed it was all loaded and he was on his way leaving me with a clean clear site. He was a very friendly polite guy and even swept up for me. All in all well worth the money and well worth the 5 star rating from me.

Your company was second to none

Your company was second to none. I could not have had a better experience. Liam and his partner were friendly and efficient and quickly removed my old recliner despite it's dilapidated condition. I'll certainly use your company again and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very efficient

Very efficient! I had a large amount of rubbish after an ASHP installation. They cleaned up the backyard nicely and kept me informed via messages and email. I received pictures via email, which I really appreciated given the fact that I was not home during the collection.

Fantastic experience from start to…

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Used them to get rid of an old riser recliner chair. Gave me an immediate quote which seemed reasonable and then once I was ready (had to wait on a new chair being delivered first), I called them back, they organised a very quick collection, great comms, let me know when they were in the vicinity, two strong young lads made light work of the chair from one flight up er voila , it was gone, just like that. Would definitely recommend . They didn’t ask for a review but I was so impressed with their professionalism I wanted to leave one. Will definitely use them again.

Two man job

Company should have sent two guys to move a mattress from the bedroom as I had paid the extra fee. However, the one guy they sent did a great job on his own.

Helpful and reliable team, great service and transparent pricing

I'd used AnyJunk once before several years ago and had a really positive experience, which is why I came back to them this time too. Once again the service was excellent! At the office Manesha and Jennifer were really helpful with helping me make my booking - estimating size and then fine-tuning the options for collection slots as my schedule firmed up. And on the day the crew gave me advance notice they were on the way, arrived punctually, worked quickly and effectively to collect the pieces, and left the space clear afterwards (no litter or debris). I also really appreciated how they only charged for what was collected and immediately refunded the extra I had paid without me having to ask.
