We purchased 2 paddle kayaks. The cheapest price I could find, however, the highest quality. EVERY metal part is high quality thick stainless steel. The kayas are of high quality, we were able to choose 2 different colours. We got exactley what we wanted. AOH's regular & timely communications throughnout the proces from order through custom build, export, import, Aus.customs clearance and delivery time were close to or on time to actual dates. Post customer service is brillinate. Full purchase payment at the time of ordering was a little unsettling, after my experience. I will not any concerns about paying up front again.
