Worst Delivery Company
I bought a sofa and couch with them about 2 months ago. I still have not received them. My delivery date was finally today and the delivery company canceled me on last minute because I am in the Military and leave on Post housing and they said they can't delivered to my house because the driver is banned from all Military installations due to having something negative in his file. Keep in mind that I specifically told the company about a week ago, to make sure the driver had no issues on his record since the delivery was in a Military base. I spen today calling the delivery company and they ignored me. I called Coleman Furniture Customer Service as well and they said that they would give me a call back for help......that was about 6-8 hours ago. I still have no furniture, and probably have to wait another month or so until I can get it. Again if you can avoid buying anything at Coleman Furniture and utilizing A&O Home Delivery please do so. You will avoid all the headaches and issues. A&O Home Delivery is located in High Point, NC
