AOIT are always there to help, even when wasn't sure what the solution is!
A few weeks ago, I tried to call a contact. The outbound call didn't work, so I dropped them a text, and they were unable to reach me either. This was just two normal mobile phones (Three and GiffGaff).
Having worked with Andrew a few times previously, I decided to get in touch with him—even though it was none of his equipment causing issues.
The support was outstanding. He explained that he had configured me a VOIP line (a whole new phone number) and guided me on downloading the required app to my phone and logging in. Five minutes later, I had a functioning phone, which meant I could complete my now stressful and running-late business call easily—all this out of hours. I couldn't have asked for more.
Not a few weeks later, I had to travel outside of the country but needed to access some geo-limited systems, both for work and to stream media. Again, Andrew explained—in a way even the least tech-savvy person could understand—what to download, how to access the VPN they had set up for me. I was a bit suspicious that the Spanish mountain Wi-Fi would cause huge issues but lo and behold - it worked flawlessly throughout for streaming and video calls. Keeping me appearing in the UK the whole time. Another perfect bit of support from AOIT. I simply can recommend them enough
Terms like this are bandied about too much, but the support from AOIT truly, truly does go above and beyond, with no problem too small to receive quick and effective advice and solutions.
