This is a rebuke to "Romay" who posted misinformation about the ingredient Sodium stearyl fumarate, and gave the company one star because they list it as an ingredient. Romay falsely claimed it is a dangerous additive that corrodes the skin. If he'd done his research like he urged others to do, he'd know it is a water-soluble lubricant used in the pharmaceutical industry for compressing tablets. It is completely harmless in this respect. Honestly, leave the science to the scientists and stay off the Facebook dumdum groups.

Now as for AOR, I've experienced no issues with shipping, and benefits from taking their magnesium supplements. Sodium stearyl fumarate as commonly used by all drug manufacturers and supplement manufacturers is harmless. If you took the raw form and dusted your skin with it, you'd have issues, but clearly this is not the case.

After being a customer for years and subscribing to 3 different supplements, the company refused to refund me individual shipping charges for products that were sent out on the same day. They said that I was at fault for placing multiple orders. If you do purchase, I would highly recommend not using the subscription service as they will charge you $10 shipping (in Canada) for each item, rendering the savings of the subscription useless. I won't be purchasing their products going forward.

I work in the heath industry and AOR products used to be my go-to for cleaner products and the least amount of non-medicinal ingredients.
I will no longer buy their product due to the growing number of unhealthy additives,
one being Sodium Stearyl Fumarate which causes corrosion to skin and other irritation.
I could list a few more unwanted ingredients but it’s best to read the labels and do your own research.

The website is one of the worst I've ever used (slow, clumsy), and the options under the subscription service are too limited. I'd like to order once every four months (not two months) and avoid parcels being shipped several times/year. Better for the environment (emissions) and better for me (convenience).

I have a subscription for Magnesium Glycinate and this is the second time that it was out of stock for my subscription. Last time I caught it before the other items shipped and I deferred my order until it was back in stock and I had enough to put me over the minimum shipping amount. This time I didn’t catch it in time and I was beyond disappointed to not only find it wasn’t in my order but that I paid a $10 shipping fee. I rely on this magnesium as part of my migraine prevention protocol and not having it causes issues. While I’m a huge fan of AOR products I’m not satisfied with how subscriptions are handled.

I love the quality of AOR multivitamins. They give me a noticeable difference in energy and definitely assist my digestion process!

I ordered for AOR on April 06, 2023 and am still waiting to receive. Previously you sent through Canadapost and it arrived within three days. Fedex is notorious in its delivery service and I am surprised as how you chose it to deliver my order. Kindly get it delivered as soon as possible, and if not, please refund my money. I am 87 and I cannot go anywhere to pick up. Thank you.

I have great confidence in the quality of AOR's supplements, as does my Naturopath. Great follow up, too. When I hesitated over adding a new supplement, I was sent an information package that enabled me to read the research. Red Yeast Rice has helped reverse my symptoms. I really like your products, in particular the Minerals and not able to obtain them at local health food stores.

It is easy to order. When you are looking at an unfamiliar product you can read the label to see if it is what you are looking for or has ingredients that you may be allergic too. Also the products have a good expiry date.
