I ordered batteries and apparently, some of thr batteries was not in the package. After 7 days of receiving the package, I opened it and when I realised that 2 boxes of AA batteries are not ther4, I emailed customer service (Georgia Mallett). She keeps telling me that all items are inside the box and the weight is correct. How come I don't have my item? And eventually telling me that she's afraid she can't do anything about it as everything is in the package and weight correctly and it took me 7 days before sending an email regarding missing item. She said that I need to email within 48 hours of receiving them package. I said, I believe I'm in the period of 14-days to inform them so they can replace or refund.
On the first place, it was not even my fault if there's error on their end that the item is missing. I felt I was scammed that no batteries arrived and they took my money.
I am not suggesting to order to this website not even sending an email to Georgia Mallett as she's not good at handling customer. From 24th of December that I have informed her that I haven't received the batteries and now that it is 16th January, she's telling me that it's beyond their scope to help me as it's nearly a month since I received the package.
Please read reviews before buying in this website.
No item and no refund and putting the blame to the customer.
Good service pity about delivery.
I recently ordered some quality paper and while part of the order was out of stock, that which was in stock got sent out promptly.
Unfortunately the courier failed to deliver to our address but to another in a different post code. I complained about this to AOS complete with photographs of where it should go and with instructions.
Needless to say the second out of stock delivery went to the same place.
Not very impressive.
Perhaps a different courier might help?
Opened a credit account with AOS Online 2 years ago just before Covid, thinking that we would be supporting a smaller business. Was happy with service in the beginning. Have gone online today to place an order and found out when trying to checkout we no longer have an account. Explanation which they have emailed me following a phone call is that they have decided that our spend with them is not enough to justify risk of having an open account. The credit limit was only £200 - which we have paid on time every occasion we have ordered. Original credit application does not mention a minimum spend, nor did the email confirming account was open. We may have only spent £1.5k over two years but we were still a customer who paid on time and supported you, yet you withdraw credit facilities with Zero communication - and still send me all your marketing emails!

Placed an order for some birthday gifts, received nothing I ordered, only a bunch of stickers worth about £2 that I didn't order, called to advise and was told they would not send my order out until the Incorrect worthless stickers they sent due to incompetence are collected and receipt confirmed, now I dont have the gifts I ordered and paid for next day delivery for seriously sub-par service, avoid.

Requested refund 2 weeks ago, still not been processed. Been told to wait another week for refund, even though we never received any goods.
Extremely poor experience & their products can be found cheaper elsewhere online.
Placed an order in error, sent email for a refund and received a pleasant response from Jayne in customer service "All cancelled & refunded for you." a pleasant surprise.
I ordered by mistake and they refunded me within the hour after contacting.
Brilliant prices and delivery. I wanted a new Collins Memo calendar for 2022 and Amazon seems to be plugging 2021`calendars still. (It's June, so who wants one for this year?) I searched Google and found this company who were selling these calendars at a much reduced rate (a third of the price Amazon wanted) and with delivery, it still worked out half the price. Delivery would have been next day but I ordered early Saturday and it arrived Tuesday which is fine by me.
I have no idea why others are complaining, my experience with AOS Online was great and I'll shop here again.
Terrible experiences of using this company.
First Time - I selected items that I wanted - put them in my basket but only found out that 90% were out of stock when I went to check out! That is info that should have been disclosed at the point of selection.
Second Time - Made an order on 27th April - was prompted to put in instructions for what the driver should do if I was not at home when package was being delivered - was told delivery times slightly delayed so was happy to wait but still no delivery received by Fri 30th. I called the CS line but they were shut and they don't have any channel of CS open at weekends or bank holidays.
Called CS today Tue 4th May to find out where my order was - was told the package was supposed to be delivered on 29th but was found to be damaged so they returned it for re-packaging - said they attempted delivery on Fri 30th when I wasnt in but they did not leave the package with a neighbours as requested because, apparently, this is at the discretion of the delivery company!! (UPS - who are also pretty bad in my experience)
CS agent did not admit that it was a poor experience to offer customers the option to state alternative delivery instructions if the company they outsource it to could ignore them.
Package out for delivery today but no idea what part of the day that will be and no way of contacting the delivery driver to request service recovery action.
This is more like the standard of service that customers used to have to put up with in the 1980's.
Clearly this is a small company that has never mapped its customer journey against its processes nor its technology and has selected an outsourced partner based on cost not service standards.
I cancelled my order and I will never use them again and I do not recommend anyone else does but, if you do, be warned of the possibility you will have the same experience as me
Update:
The order was not cancelled and it turned up the next day, i.e 8 days after the order was placed.
The box it came in was crushed and inside the reams of photocopy paper inside were damaged as were the magnets (2 of them unusable).
Clearly all they had done was transferred the damaged items from one box to another with no attempt to rectify the problem
